Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. They were fast (finished an hour early) and they were so pleasant. They were laughing with each other, having a great time even though the complex we moved into was kind of a headache to get around. They were so polite and careful with our items, ensuring everything was placed where we wanted it. This was our first move (out of 4 moves in 7 years) that we did not use a moving company that moved us start to finish (like packed the truck, drove it, and unloaded) and I was a little nervous about that, but all in all I'm very happy with our experience. Two moving crews in two states with a 16 ft truck FULL floor to ceiling, front to back was $1,400 (truck not included).

Just used them for a move over the weekend and was forced to put a review while they watched over my shoulder. This is my honest review... the quote that was given over the phone was a lie. There are hidden fees that were not mentioned over the phone when booking this company and our move doubled in price. Every moving blanket, piece of tape, and box used to "protect" our items was charged even though they re-use all of the materials and took it all back with them. In addition to the extra charges they broke multiple pieces of furniture and one of our TVs.

They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you.
