I am so glad I chose to send my LO here. It is a montessori style type of care. They have a baby area with a ball pit which my baby is obsessed with. Their outdoor space is huge and the kids seem to love it and they go outside regularly. They're always doing activities and little projects. They play music and dance. There's no screen time and the kids are always playing and interacting with each other and their providers. They're flexible and let you bring in baby food but also provide meals and weekly menus and right now they're helping my baby try some new foods. They are flexible about naps. I was worried because I have a velcro baby but he naps so well with them. They read every day. There are, of course, toys out but the place is always very clean. Most mornings I come in, I smell fresh food cooking. Kristilynn also teaches some ASL to the kiddos which is such a bonus! They also have an app where they give updates and photos and a parent page. My little guy smiles so big when he sees his daycare teachers and really loves going. He had brought home crafts, and has developed his words and milestones at a good pace. they update you on how much they ate, when they were changed, how long they napped through an app. Tuition is $335 a week for infants and includes breakfast, lunch and snack. The center never closed due to staffing issues etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent with food allergies. Most importantly, I always knew my children were going to be loved and deeply cared for when I dropped them off in the morning. They seem to truly care for our daughter and that brings us peace of mind. We can that Kids First is a nurturing environment based on the daily snapshots and also by our daughter's happy demeanor when picking her up. It's nice to have consistent teachers with low turnover. I think Melissa has been with Kids First for almost 20 years. We are so much happier at Kids First than at the other previous daycare (DoodleBugs). It seems smaller and close-knit with excellent caring staff. I'm hoping that when our daughter graduates to the next classroom, the teachers will just be as good.

I saw first hand the disorganization, lying, and dishonesty that was upheld there, with employees, and their care for kids was not great, although i never thankfully saw harsh or abusive behaviors, they were not sweet and loving, or seemed to have given anyone a care in the world. Children need to be loved and cared for and employees need to be treated nicely and not cheated or lied to. I dont recommend this place for your child or employment
