I made an online order and appointment for new tires and rims. I was called the next day and was…read moretold I could come in anytime for my appointment because they had the rims I wanted in stock. Great! I went in 2 days later. I was told it would only take about 1 hour for them to do it, so I let them know I'll wait onsite. After an hour of waiting and my car torn apart, I was told they DID NOT have the rims I wanted in stock. They gave me very few other choices. Although, I am pleased with the new rims now, I definitely was not happy in that moment. I won't give the guys name but the one helping me said that he wouldn't charge me the difference in the rims acting like they were more expensive than the original.... they were the SAME PRICE and he wasn't doing me any favors. Included with my purchase, was supposed to be an alignment since the tires/rims I got were bigger... At this point, I was in the waiting area for 3+hrs. No updates on anything. Meanwhile, all the other customers were getting checked out, had their cars pulled up to the door waiting on them. In and out like clockwork. I started to look in the parking lot and see my car sitting in a parking spot. I go to the desk and ask, apparently they pulled my car out of the bay with NO alignment done, because the guys went to lunch and needed that bay for other customers. No one said anything to me about that or a longer wait time. The guy casually said "yes, it's done but no alignment done yet" it was going to be much longer wait because all the bays were full. I told him I couldn't wait that long. I got there at 11am and it was 4pm at that point. They didn't offer to reschedule me for the alignment or send me to another location. No apologies for any inconvenience. Then they couldn't find my keys when I went to leave. I was not compensated for the alignment. My total was over $900 that day. I left after waiting onsite for 5hrs with rims I didn't want originally, and of course my car shaking, and in need of an alignment. After making a few alterations to my car, I am happy with the rims I ended up getting. Still haven't got the alignment done though...

I made an appointment online for 10 a.m. however I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received notice by 8:40 a.m. that the car was ready for pickup! Now the really great part is the peace of mind that we're left with. A simple oil change and tire rotation also included a detailed inspection report of our vehicle. 2 areas of concern were found, both being fluids that were topped off at no additional cost. Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go to this shithole of a place. They have cars sitting outside that haven't been worked on in years. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Before they changed my tire they asked me to give an employee a jump with my cables. I obliged. I thought they'd return back to the initial quote of $110 after that, but nope. Right after that, they changed my tire, I left and went to the grocery store which was 5 miles away. I was in inside the store about 30 minutes. I get in the car, pull off and felt a wobble. I pulled over and saw that the brand new tire was flat. MAD, I was! Turns out, they broke my stem. I had to call roadside again! Took my car back the next day. They turned me away and told me to come back 3 hours later because they were "busy". I was upset but I didn't have a choice. It was an inconvenience. I came back and they fixed it, but this was a horrible experience.

I figured an…read moreold school tire shop like Fowler that deals with truck tires and tractor tires could handle this, apparently I was wrong. They wouldn't do them while I waited because he said the tires were too hard and needed to soften up in the sun, so I said I would leave them. I explained to him how to do it, as I was leaving he said "yep, mount and balance, got it" so I told him again "no mounting, just walk the rear bead on. You should not be able to put air in them if done correctly." I called after lunch to see how they were doing and he told me they still couldn't get them to seat so they were sitting in the sun warming up. Again, I told them they should not be putting air in them, and they needed to just walk the front bead back off the wheel. He said "yeah, yeah, got it" When I showed up they had all 4 seated with air in them, exactly how I told them not to do it. I tried to get them to correct it and they refused, stating that "this is the only way tires mount". I know it can be done I explained, I had it done with my old tires on these same wheels. I still had to pay them for their incorrect service, and now I have to take them to another shop and pay again to have it done correctly. I will not be using Fowler ever again, and I will recommend to everyone I meet to steer clear of them.
