(p.s. The Window doesn't feel like it's been treated to block heat out so if you sit by those stools in the summer, you will fill the heat). - Will it fill you up? Yes. When my burger arrived without the cheese I ordered and my husband's meal came without its side, Gabby immediately apologized and tried to make things right. To be clear, these were kitchen mistakes, not server mistakes. We weren't angry, weren't complaining, and weren't asking for anything for free. What bothered me was watching Gabby take ownership of problems she didn't create, only to have her efforts seemingly dismissed by management. It was obvious she was trying to improve our experience, but when the manager came to our table, his attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Rather than supporting an employee who was doing everything right, it felt like he was shutting down her attempts to make things right for the customer. The missing items were minor. Mistakes happen. The food itself was fairly lackluster, but the manager's response left the worst impression. Gabby showed professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
