The complimentary bread was nice, but unlike other famous chain steakhouses, they didn't offer to bring out another one. Perhaps, I admit, we could have asked. Between four of us, the bread was gone just like that as we were HANGRY. As an appetizer, we ordered the fried onion thingie. Ooof, so salty. There were four of us at the table and we could barely finish half, and that was us pretending to be polite in front of each other. I ordered a small rib eye. It was fine. I liked the baked potato. I went here on my birthday a couple days ago for a late lunch/ early dinner with my family... We got the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and they served delicious hot bread with butter. The mushrooms were so good I could have just ate more of them for my main meal. The bread was warm and yummy. For the main dish I ordered the 9 ouch Filet Mignon, the loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. The steak was cooked to perfection and the loaded baked potato melted in your mouth. My family members both got the grilled shrimp with a baked potato and broccoli...also incredibly tasty and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent as well... we had a great waitress. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of beer choices...I was told that they no longer are going to have Sam Adam's lager in bottles...so I got the seasonal (Summer Ale) that they had on tap. I don't like that as much as the regular Boston lager. Suggestion... bring back the Sam Adam's lager in bottles... How hard is it to keep a case or two on hand? All in all a great meal. read more

In the past, I've always liked Longhorn overall just for the simpleness of the food but my most recent experience and I've been to this location at least a handful of times. Sadly, the server failed tremendously whether intentionally or ill intentionally she was hyper focused on the FIFA match that was going on and sitting at the bar versus the table that just wanted simple request like refills on drinks and I don't want a song in the dance for my daughter's birthday, but I just was intentional to say it is her birthday so obviously please bring a cake but the way it was presented. The staff was nice and our server was very polite and courteous and brought the food to our table expeditiously after it had been ordered. The ambiance was nice as well. First time at Longhorn with a party of six. The service was abysmal. Nobody cleared plates, nor offered more wine, nor refilled waters. We asked for boxes and waited 20 minutes. When we finally got our check the appetizer empty plates and finished salads were still on the table and not cleared. We even stacked them up and pushed them to the side to make it easier for the wait staff. When the servers came out with our entrees which were staggered by 5-10 minutes they didn't know where the plates went and asked us to hand them out. They were visibly annoyed and one server rolled her eyes when we were trying to figure out which sides went to whom. I can tell you for sure that between the 6 people in our party nobody will be coming back. The only positive note was that the steaks were great. The filet, T-Bone, and Ribeye were delicious and cooked perfectly and are a great value for around $30 each. The LH burger was a disappointment. I started to write a review for 2 stars because they sat us down but no one came around for like 10 minutes. When we finally had assistance from Michael A, everything was great. He apologized for the confusion and promptly took our order. The bread came out warm and the Caesar salad was crisp and cold. We had the boneless ribeye and Flo's 9 oz filet for our main courses. All temperatures were perfectly medium rare. All steaks were juicy and seasoned perfectly. In fact I initially asked for steak sauce but never had to use it. Michael checked on us periodically to ensure everything was going well. I will definitely return as this was the best Longhorn steaks we have had and I've been to a lot. Longhorn steakhouse is one of my all time favorite restaurants to go to. My mother and I have been coming here for years. The outlaw ribeye was absolutely delicious and had lots of savory flavors. The steak was juicy and cooked to perfection. The quality of the cut of meat is unmatched, if you want a quality steak this is the place to go. Every bite was like heaven. I ordered a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon for my side and while it's not the healthiest choice to get it's certainly delicious. I would highly recommend trying it if you like sweet potatoes. Our waiter Tom was very friendly and made our trip to longhorn very pleasant. He was on top of things and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The inside to longhorn is very nice, it has low ambient lighting which makes for a wonderful & intimate environment perfect for families or date nights. My girlfriend Angie had the chicken wings and said they were delicious. Wow! I can't believe the number or low reviews this place has, for my husband and I had a delicious and outstanding meal here tonight, with the best server ever. We dined on a Saturday evening, just before 6. the wait wasn't super long; and thanks to online/mobile check in, we waited in the car and chatted, which made the wait fun and comfortable. We ordered Texas Tonion & Stuffed Mushrooms; Ribeye (well done) with loaded baked potato and fire grilled corn on cob; 4oz flo's filet (med rare) & 4oz lobster tail, with broccoli and loaded bake potato soup; and cheesecake (no pecans, no caramel) for dessert. Honestly, everything we ate was 10/10, except the soup with was 9/10. it was missing...something. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the flavor was absolutely delectable. and the broccol! NEVER have I had such tender broccol! The stuffed mushrooms were an outstanding blend of seasonings and cheeses, without being greasy, and the fried onion was marvelous. And to finish everything off, that cheesecake was DIVINE! Simple, smooth and definitely better than anything I have ever tasted.
