My grandfather was a butcher and I could hear his voice in my head remarking about the thin cut of the ribeye. I've had a better cut of beef at a restaurant that wasn't a steak house. So disappointing! Since we were pressed for time we ate what we could (less than 1/3 for me) and didn't send it back to the kitchen. It was tough to chew and didn't have the rich ribeye flavor. This was our second overcooked steak dinner at Longhorn so we will go to another restaurant next time. The best thing about the restaurant was the excellent waitress.

The smashburger consists of two smash hamburger patties topped with American cheese with cheese sauce between the patties. I added pickles on my sandwich. The burger was cooked well, in the typical smashburger style, and was very cheesy and delicious. The fries were good. The order came in a plastic container. Not quite eco-friendly but it kept the food warm and fresh. I highly recommend this establishment. My order was filled quickly and my DoorDasher delivered the order quickly.
