I was in a lot of dental pain and I was able to get an appointment the same day to figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed an extraction and started looking for a good time to schedule me in it was a Wednesday, and they said the earliest they could get me back in was the following Monday morning. But the next morning, they called and said they had a cancelation., Luckily, I could get an appointment within 24 hours. The office was super clean, and the staff were so nice and reassuring. Even though I was scared and anxious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel better during my visit. My procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I'm so happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they ever need dental work.

I didn't wait long at all before being taken back, and the entire process was incredibly fast and efficient. Since I had a referral, this was actually my first time meeting everyone. My first appointment was the day of my surgery, so they completed a quick consultation before bringing me back to the surgery room. Even with everything happening the same day, I never once felt rushed or overlooked. From the moment I walked into the oral surgery room, I was greeted by Tony and assisted by him and Bobby both absolute sweethearts! Bobby was the first person I met; she took my X-rays and was present during the consultation before the procedure. The energy in the room was nothing but positive. I came in feeling very anxious and nervous, but they made me feel calm and at ease right away. They asked me questions about myself that kept my mind occupied and distracted from what was actually happening, which helped more than they probably realize. That level of care truly shows how much they invest in making their patients feel comfortable. Not every office carries that kind of energy, and it makes such a difference. Dr. Jun was also wonderful welcoming, kind, and professional. As soon as he walked into the surgery room, he began preparing my IV for the anesthesia. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was him reassuring me that they were going to take really good care of me and that is exactly what they did. That moment alone brought me so much peace. You could genuinely tell that everyone there is happy to be doing what they do, and that's something truly admirable especially in a setting where patients may already feel nervous. It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I'm currently recovering and so grateful for how smooth everything has been. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing oral surgery.

My youngest had two loose baby teeth (right next to each other) that weren't coming out on their own. Today she bit into something that caused the loose teeth to suddenly shift and she couldnt bite down anymore. She was crying and in pain. Today is a Saturday and the office was already closed by the time this happened, so I text the after hours number and Dr Bakar immediately said he could meet us at the office in 10 minutes. He came in on a Saturday evening to take care of my daughter and help her get those baby teeth out so she could be comfortable again. I am so thankful that he would do that for us and just feel so lucky that we found an orthodontist who is that kind and really cares about his patients. So thank you Dr. Bakar for being the best! Dr Lee does…read morenot feel comfortable providing even a basic cleaning to 1st/3rd trimester pregnant women despite all major guidelines including American Dental Association and ACOG (ob gyn guidelines) ensuring it is perfectly safe and strongly recommended. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.
