I've been getting teeth cleanings here for over a year now. This office has always been really professional and great about making sure the coffee stains and retainers are cleaned with every visit. Recently, a very unfortunate party accident left me with a broken front tooth. Even more unfortunate...my sister's destination wedding to be the following week with lots of planned photoshoots. I called the morning the office opened, and they scheduled me that day for an appointment. Dr. Ley took a look and deemed it an emergency with the upcoming wedding and worked tirelessly to fix it in between seeing his normally scheduled patients that day. His entire staff were incredibly empathetic with my situation and made what should've been stressful, a really enjoyable day instead. I went home that day with a fixed smile for the wedding photoshoots. This office cares for their patients and they will take care of you. If I could give a 10/5 stars I would. read more

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE !! I have had a lot of horrible dental experiences and *dental trauma* so I come into every dentists office with my guard up. I was so impressed by this office. They are HONEST and truly care about patients- not just the $$$ like so many other predatory places around OC. I was referred by a friend and made an appointment a month but was also have tooth pain and in need of molar extractions. I ended up actually going to an emergency dentist but calling this place the day after to get their opinion. They were honest with me with what was NECESSARY and how much it would cost me with my insurance. They even found a way to squeeze me in same day as I was in a time crunch and had a vacation plan. They ended up finding problems the other dentist did not find and were able to do my paper work, x-ray, 2 molar extractions, and a partial wisdom tooth removed in a little over an hour. Dr was great, I felt comfortable, and the whole procedure was pretty painless. I did not feel pressured or up-sold and I wasn't given the "care credit" speech that so many offices have done to me in the past. If all dentists were like the staff here, the world would be a better place!! read more

Wow! My daughter recently moved from Northern California to Fullerton for college. I found Alpha Dental on Yelp based on reviews, and contacted them to explain I have a newly adulting daughter that needs a new dentist. Fawn is so kind and amazing. She works with my daughter to set up care and treatment, and works with me on the insurance part. Great communication, and the office is certainly understanding of young adults who are new to setting up their own appointments. I think I've found my forever dentist :") First off, let me say the ladies up front are extremely kind, super helpful, and such pleasant people. I could talk to them all day. And can we talk about the ae-sthe-tic of the waiting room? Feel like I'm sitting in a Beautiful Homes catalog. Dr. Ley is great. He takes his time to explain things, shows you what's going on, tells you what he's planning on doing, and gets it done exceptionally well. Lots of new tech, very clean office, and my favorite part is that he tries to keep his schedule to one patient at a time (I love that he doesn't give you a shot, leave you for days while working on someone else, and comes back eons later. You get this sweet man for the whole session, my friend). Super easy to talk to and I felt really comfortable asking him embarrassing questions (do you spit after brushing or do you rinse?! Sorry.
