After finishing our meal, we went outside and discovered that my mom and stepdad's car had a dead battery. The manager, Saul, along with several others, immediately stepped in to help. They spent quite a while trying to jump the car, and after several attempts, they finally got it started! We were incredibly grateful for how patient and willing everyone was to help. While we were waiting, my daughter Ellie was able to paint at their paint station and even build her own ice cream sundae, all complimentary. They also refilled her drink before we left and gave us three bottles of water for the road. It's one thing to receive great service during a meal, but the kindness we received after our meal was already over really stood out. Saul and the team could have simply wished us luck, but instead they stayed outside and worked together until they got us back on the road. Thank you, Saul and the Casa Grande Texas Roadhouse team, for going above and beyond for our family. We truly appreciated your kindness and hospitality! Definitely a 5-star experience!
