Unfortunately, my takeout experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Casa Grande was not up to par. I didn't really want to write a negative review because Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my favorite chains for wings, but this visit was disappointing. Had to wait a bit before writing this. The wait to place my order was about 15 minutes, followed by a 45-minute wait for the food itself. I understand they were very busy, but by the time I got home, the food was cold. I ordered several different wing flavors, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges. The wings were dry on the inside, as if they had been left out and then tossed back into the sauce. They were very chewy, and the flavor was just okay. Presentation was lacking as well. On a brighter note, the potato wedges and mozzarella sticks were good. Overall, the meal left us wanting more from this popular brand. I called the location to address the issue, but unfortunately, my call was hung up on. Due to this experience, I most likely will not be returning to this specific location. Did not have a chance to dine in so can't comment on the ambience or the dine-in service overall, hence the 3 stars. read more

First time at this location and had a great experience. I went to dinner with a friend, and we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. We ordered the Pick 6 combo, I got the All American Burger and Fries, and it was really good. The atmosphere was cool, plenty of sports going on, and it wasn't too loud or busy. Our servers were excellent, attentive and extremely nice. Overall, this was a great experience, especially for a first time visit on a Monday evening. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share a disappointing experience my two friends and I had during a recent visit to your Buffalo Wild Wings location. We were visiting from Tucson, and this was my first time ever attempting to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon our arrival, two staff members, Jake and Emma, greeted us with visible attitude and unwelcoming expressions. One of my friends was finishing a leftover yogurt she already had with her. Emma reacted very negatively and stated she could not eat it inside the restaurant. The reaction was excessive and unprofessional, especially considering we intended to be paying customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely concerning. Our booth was visibly dirty, and I had to ask Emma to clean it. Although she eventually did so, her dismissive behavior and poor attitude were made very clear throughout the interaction. Due to the overall uncleanliness of the dining area, we decided to leave before ordering. If the public areas of the restaurant are not being maintained, it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. The behavior demonstrated by Emma and Jake reflects poorly on the restaurant. They appear to need additional training in customer service, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Likewise, management should be made aware of these issues. I am not seeking any form of compensation--only that appropriate training and corrective action be taken. No one should be working in a customer-facing role if they are unwilling to treat guests with basic respect. If employees are unhappy, it may be best for them to seek work elsewhere rather than create a negative experience for customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I strongly encourage management to address staff conduct and restaurant cleanliness moving forward. As we were leaving and I stated to Emma we were leaving due to the dirtiness of the restaurant she rose her hands up and legitimately stated "what the fuck" and laughed please see video footage for further details. Frequent this restaurant often, generally a great place, last night I have a very bad experience with a lousy server, he was not doing his job, and I called him out, and he got in my face a started yelling at me, I admit I yelled back, and should not have engaged with him. I asked for the manager, but not sure how he got the job, because he was almost as bad as the lousy server. He had no idea how to handle the situation. I ask that he assign another server, she did the job taking care of us, that the first server and the manger did not. I showed up approximately at the estimated time and when I went in there was no sign for pick ups. So naturally I asked the waitress I saw at the POS. Paula or something was her name. She tried to treat me like I was an idiot and was incredibly rude for a simple question. I went home annoyed and feeling like I definitely overpaid. My Nashville hot sandwich was underwhelming, not much sauce and honestly I've had better at KFC. So no service issue here. Our wings were very saucy- we had half 'hot' and half 'medium' as the waitress warned us their 'hot' is a bit hotter than other locations. I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in ages, as I just am not a huge fan of places you have to yell to be heard, and I guess I had a general impression of their food as not being that great, but rather something to snarf down while you drank and watched the games on the overhead flat screens. The place was a real surprise to me, as it was not very full at 1:00 on a Monday, and all of the TV's were turned down so you only had to listen to some unobtrusive soft rock from the overhead speakers. No shouting required! YAY!!! The wings were really good too, much more so than I expected. The wife and I had the queso dip for starters which had great flavor, and then she had Teriyaki wings and some honey parmesan garlic which she said was phenomenal! I have to warn you though, on those parmesan garlic wings, they have to be one of the most horrifically ugly things you will ever have brought out to you on a plate. I swear they looked like wings covered in a slimy brown substance which can only be described as something that might have been drained out of the car during an overdue oil change. But don't let the look of them throw you, as she said they were the bomb! I had the new lemon pepper dry rub ribs which were really tangy and overall it was a great meal. I get that I probably enjoyed it more than I expected too because of the atmosphere being more subdued, and I probably wouldn't go back on a Saturday or Sunday night. But during the day in the middle of the week, I would surely go back just for the food. I get that it's a whole 'atmosphere & experience' thing for them with the games, and if that's your thing have at it, but I just want the wings. This was our first dine-in for this location. I had no idea they had so much dining space. And TVs! I could see 28 from my seat! We also decided to try their lunch combinations specials. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the all American burger. The combo came with crispy french fries and a beverage. Both were very good. Cooked perfectly and just the right combo of seasonings. My husband was especially impressed with the fact that the burger came with two patties. That means twice the char/grill flavor. We also got some wings. The Thai curry flavor was very good but a little spicier than I care for. The chipotle barbecue was amazing, and is now my most favorite flavor. It's also a dry rub, so not quite so messy. We enjoyed meeting the owner Elayne and our server Denver was a delight! We will be back! read more
