When I picked them up, there was a visible cut on the sleeve that appeared to be an accidental scissor mark. ​When I raised the issue, the staff was dismissive and claimed they "don't use scissors" in their process--a claim that several other professional embroiderers have since told me is highly unlikely given the need to trim excess thread. They took my information and promised an investigation and a follow-up call. After a full week of silence, I had to follow up myself, only to be told they aren't liable. FIGS are an investment, and to have them ruined and then be met with such deceptive customer service is unacceptable.
