Came to pick up my scrubs I had to exchange that was on order for a full month. I didn't get a phone call it was in. It was also 3 weeks later for these non brand scrubs to arrive. I was desperate to have scrubs at hand. I came in to an empty store and was told by the male employee I had to wait bc he was going through boxes of shipments (that I had seen since last week all over the store-mess! ) and was rudely given my scrubs. I'd rather pay more elsewhere with better service and quality. For a place that doesn't have crap for sizes, quality brands, and absolute horrible service. There's no wonder why this place has lots of 1 star reviews. I would have given it a slight chance if there was good service. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability at Uniforms and More. I brought in a brand-new pair of FIGS scrubs (tags still attached) for embroidery. When I picked them up, there was a visible cut on the sleeve that appeared to be an accidental scissor mark. ​When I raised the issue, the staff was dismissive and claimed they "don't use scissors" in their process--a claim that several other professional embroiderers have since told me is highly unlikely given the need to trim excess thread. They took my information and promised an investigation and a follow-up call. After a full week of silence, I had to follow up myself, only to be told they aren't liable. FIGS are an investment, and to have them ruined and then be met with such deceptive customer service is unacceptable. read more

I have been buying scrubs from here the past 9 years, most of them pleasant. The last couple times I have visited here and in SLO I have had a terrible experience. I was shocked at how horrible I was treated when purchasing maternity scrubs 2 years ago. The sales girl at the Santa Maria location had such a bad attitude toward me that I felt like I personally had done something to her at some point in her life. I understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes but after three consecutive visits you would think she would cheer up a bit. Fast forward to present time. Both SLO and Santa Maria stores had no inventory. The sales rep in slo was helpful and kind. I went to Santa Maria thinking they might have a bigger selection and they too had nothing and to top it off the sales girl was rude and lazy. She was not interested in helping me even after I asked for help. When I asked her to check if any other stores had the pant I was looking for she asked them for the wrong style number which I corrected for her and then upon asking her to order she once again was ordering the incorrect item. Went here because our manager provides us with free uniforms from here and the lady who works there told me they had to order my size and then call me when they have my uniform ready because they didn't have my size in the store. They never called me until 1 week ago and I went in the store today and the nice male that was cashier said they didn't have them so another short lady with dark hair came by and told me she had put them back because it has been a long time that they been on hold for me. I told her that no one had called me and she kept saying she has been calling me every week and I never answered, I told her no she only called me 1 time a week ago. And she kept telling me no that she has been calling with an attitude and then I told her she probably has the wrong number..which she did..point is..she was rude and didn't even apologized for HER mistake. I don't even want to come shop for other scrubs or accessories here because of the bad customer service I received today. read more

I appreciate when a store goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I tried on several outfits. Some fit and some did not. This store was out of my size. Love it huge selection and have two clearance racks always stocked with multi sizes staff is friendly and helpful prices are moderate-high but worth it I love all my scrubs from here alway great quality and new styles! They also sell clogs and medical accessories. They are usually open 10-6 during the week. read more

Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised at my experience today. It's shop small business Saturday and they had food and drinks while I shopped! The customer service was great. They had a good selection of white coats and offered embroidery which made my visit a one stop shop today. Lots of good deals. Highly recommend them for any scrubs or white coats. read more

I recently moved to the central coast and thought I would get some new scrubs at a local scrub store. I like to support local businesses whenever possible. I spent about $300 in scrubs at this store in the past 2 months. One pair of pants didn't match the top I intended for it so I tried to exchange it for another item. Tags were still attached and the item was still being sold at the store. I had misplaced the receipt somewhere. I've never had a problem exchanging current items at other stores in the area I moved from. The cashier, Mia, told me she won't exchange it without a receipt. She said they have a monopoly on this business in the area because there are no other local scrub stores so they can make ridiculous rules if they want. She was rude and inconsiderate. I asked if there is a customer service number I can call to talk with someone about the way I was treated by the staff. Mia explained that the store is privately owned by her aunt and wondered if I still wanted to voice a complaint. She said she would tell her aunt my phone number and she would call to talk with me. She never called back over the past two days. Today Mia told me her aunt was too busy dealing with important issues. Apparently, providing good customer service and attempting to retain a new customer is not important enough for this company. I would give them zero stars if possible.
