When I spoke with a representative named Matt, I was having a hard time hearing him. I mentioned that and repeated what I thought he said, but instead of helping, he decided to yell at me with a rude attitude. When I asked to be transferred to someone else since he was clearly having a bad day, he hung up on me. This is what I've gathered: this company will not stand behind their products and doesn't even want to hear about it.
