One on the business window and one on the non-business windows. While in line to see a teller, a customer (not in line) approaches the non business teller that had just finished helping a customer. The teller, instead of telling that customer to get in line, proceeds to help her for a bit. Then, coincidentally, a UPS employee walks into the branch and that teller makes eye contact with the UPS employee and proceeds to help him out without acknowledging the customers in line. He didn't even care that the customer next in line was an elderly person and had been trying to call his attention. When the UpS guy leaves, that same teller proceeds to help the lady that had cut in line in another section of the bank. Considering they weren't speaking English, it came off as he preferring to service someone of his culture out instead the customers patiently waiting in lines. The teller in the business window ends up helping the elderly person and myself out. However, he looked miserable. Not happy. Not friendly. It was so awkward. Further, he ignored me when I asked for an envelope and when I reminded him, he just gave me the envelope instead of placing the cash I had withdrawn inside. I have been going to this branch for 20+ years and the teller has always put the cash in the envelope for me. Considering the neighborhood this branch is in, it's the courteous thing to do but no. I only gave two stars because it was practically empty inside so I was serviced in a reasonable amount of time

However, after my replacement debit card got "lost in the mail" literally around 4 times I decided to walk into this local branch to see if they could help me. The manager here, named "Edward" has only ever had a rude, annoyed and unhelpful attitude with me. I explained to him that my debit card had been lost in the mail constantly, and I would appreciate getting my card sent rushed or thru certified mail or some other more reliable way. His response to me was along the lines of, "Well it's gonna cost you $__ dollars and if someone's not home when it arrives then you won't get it." For starters while this information itself may be true, this is a completely unhelpful approach with an unhappy customer. To be honest the first thing he should have said was probably something like, "Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that, let's figure out what we can do to help you get your card." And he frankly should probably have offered to waive the $5 dollar mailing fee (or whatever it is). He didn't even take 30 seconds to look up my account and discover that I had multiple accounts with six digits of funds with them, maybe warranting a small favor or stretching of the rules in order to make me happy. The final straw was when I went back into the back a second time two weeks later, and again had a disappointing experience with the manager Edward, who instead of trying to better understand my problem, said, "Well you'll have to wait because there's someone else ahead of you and also my other employee has to clock back in from lunch so you can wait over there." I'm sorry but customer service has truly gone out the bottom these days, and I was so unhappy to took it upon myself to write this review and call him out by name because he needs to do better.
