Request for redundant paperwork is frustrating and time wasting. Their online banking app is a joke; it won't allow you to transfer to an outside account. The final step never completes the process. They do not have a 24hr phone customer service line. Their banking hours are limited and accessing your money through their app is impossible. I guess you get what you pay for. So if saving a half percent on interest is worth it to you then get ready to hoop jump throughout your banking experience.

We used the drive thru ATM since the bank is closed on a Saturday and I never trust the outdoor ATM. This location ATM is also facing the street and doesn't have any privacy screen on the pin pad or screen so that's never ideal. Getting to this bank if you're coming from the freeway can be tricky because you'll have to turn at a vacant place next door to get around to go to the drive thru lane. The opening facing San Fernando Road is an exit only for the people using the drive thru ATM. We didn't have any issues while here.
