Very impressed by the service and convenience. Kimberly and Kathy are both welcoming, patient, and very helpful. I was able to get the storage, the key, and the gate code all in one visit. Kimberly was patient and thorough; she explained everything very clearly. Under the sun in 100F temperature, Kathy carefully checked that the lock could be inserted into the storage gate; she switched me to another storage when she found that the first assigned storage gate was hard to put the lock into. The management at this storage unit is extremely poor. When we moved in at the end of May we came during business hours and no one was in the office for several hours, prolonging our move in. Kim who is the woman that manages the place was apologetic and and so we brushed it off and moved on. Today we called regarding moving out and my husband spoke with a male. The man told him that if we wanted to move out it would have to be today since tomorrow's the first. My husband then asked why they could prorate days, then the man paused and appeared to be speaking with someone else in the office and said that they could prorate 7-15 days but the minimum was 7. My husband asked to speak to Kim who we presumed was the manager and the man said he was. He did not appear to be knowledgeable, nor was he helpful. His customer service skills were extremely poor. Any other storage place would prorate the cost to your move out, not extort you for an extra week. We will be getting the phone number to their corporate office and filing a formal complaint. I would highly recommend not giving your business to this crooked place. Also the write your own review button on their webpage redirects you to their site on Google! read more
