You also get your own code when you need to get in. If you need to use the restroom. They have one, but it is squeaky clean! Smells fresh in there. I dont see how this place has 100 % 5 star ratings. That is impossible. I find the staff to be very unaccommodating and rude. They use every legal tactic to charge you additional fees. My rent has gone up almost 100% in less than 1 yr. I need to just get out of there. read more

Today I had reserved an online price for a climate controlled unit. I walked in and it was a little busy. Angelica, who was working, was currently helping out a customer, but she was awesome because she at least acknowledge me coming into the office a couple minutes later. I told her I was looking to check out the unit I rented and see the property and she was very polite in assisting me! As soon as she was done with the couple before me, she helped a delivery man out with receipts and then proceeded to show me the rental space. First, the cleanliness of the unit was amazing. Little to no dirt or cobwebs. Second, there was also good lighting so you don't need to bring a flashlight or extra lighting for your unit. Third, there is easy accessibility to the unit since they are all first floor spaces. The price for the unit is understandable. Climate controlled and an alarm? Comes out to about $70 which I think it pretty reasonable. Make sure to reserve online and then come in! Angelica made great conversation and was sure to explain every detail of the security of the property and the details of the contract/lease terms.
