The seaming is poor and in one room the sections do not run the same way due to "a measurement error". Other seaming is not flush. After sending photos, I asked for the sales associate and the manager to observe the properties in person because I was told that "photos can be inaccurate". After six months both have not visited the installation site. My experience was poor sales advise, poor carpet quality, poor installation and poor follow-up. Do not believe their online guarantees which are simply there to get you in the door.
