I drove to the Braselton location in March 2026 and cancelled my monthly subscription since we were mving out of the area. If your car have damages washing it they will give to you a lot of excuse to not be responsible for it and of course you gonna pay it out of pocket. The roller brush hit my truck several times until damage my hood and broke my grill. read more

Our car was not clean after it was washed. Manager said it was too dirty for one wash! They don't clean cars like that. On wipe with a cloth it came off, with a a touch of pressure. Never did he ask if everyone was ok. Jeff refused to call police after he refused to step up and accept responsibility for this accident. I do not recommend this car wash. I have gone here multiple times I have not left satisfied once. This time it's was just ridiculous. I paid $20 for this and when I went back they told me I couldn't re-wash because I didn't go that day even though when I left they were closing within 10-20 minutes. I didn't even know it was a rule that I had to stay on the property to get a re wash?? so pretty disappointed. read more

My car got bombed by some birds at work and it called for some heavy duty washing. This location just opened near our house so I figured I would drop by like the birds did. I was greeted by an attendant where there's an automated machine for payment. He went through the different options of washes and I chose the cheaper option since I knew it was raining this weekend. Once I paid, I followed the signs and was greeted by two more attendants. They actually hand scrubbed my car before heading to the automatic wash. They giggled as I pull up and asked if the birds had a bad day. Lol once they got done scrubbing off those bombs, I pull up to the automatic wash and I'm greeted by two more people who are scrubbing my rims. I finally get my car through and I always get nervous going through these things bc I'm scared to hit the person in front of me or behind me. Anyway, my car is now clean and this place is great! Purchased a monthly unlimited wash pass. The vendor wanted me to place a adhesive tag on my windshield which I did not agreed. The attendant asked me to give the tag back and canceled the membership and advised that I should get a refund. The attendant further offered a free car wash for the trouble. I never received the refund and when contacted the business the manager (Matt) said he was not going to give me a refund. Explained the situation and he told me that he was not in the business of giving out free car washes. I explained that I never asked for a complementary car wash and that all I wanted was my refund to which again said he will not give me my money back. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for the full service car detailing and wash. The ones who detail your vehicle are teenagers who do not want to work, always on their phone, or you can hear complaining. They did not detail the interior how they were supposed to. I had to get cash for the tip, and was charged $.50 to do so, which wasn't mentioned by the non-helpful cashier lady. I called after I left when noticing and to inform about the detailing issues. The cashier answered the phone, extremely rude right off the bat, when I mentioned the $.50 she asked me if I was serious and I let her know it's not the amount, I wouldn't pay for a $50 detail if I couldn't afford to spare $.50. That is was the principal of automatically charging your card and fee, without informing of the fee, nothing posted, nothing verbal. She said well just come up here and I'll give you back your $.50 since it's that big of a deal. Asked for the manager, he said to come back by, he was sorry etc etc. No issues when I returned a few days later, minus the detailing again. Streaks galore all on my windshield, windows etc parts not even wiped correctly in the car or fully wiped down. The detailer once again was too worried about his phone call than do so his job correctly. So I took the loss and won't be returning or recommending them ever. read more

I love this car wash. I have to wash my car at least once a week because I have clients in my car every weekend (I sell new homes) and it's affordable here plus good quality. I have the membership and I definitely get my money's worth. I made the mistake of visiting the Decatur location and I couldn't believe the difference in quality. Although the youths that work there may appear underpaid , and undergo manual labor consistently - they do their best to provide customer service when using your payment etc. I've consistently purchased the $10 wash and it feels like my car has not only been washed but waxed as well ! We love this car wash! The monthly unlimited plan has been totally worth it! Every time we come we are greeted by a smile and a wave of employees who seem happy to work there. Our car always comes out sparkling clean. My only suggestion is that I wish there was a self shampoo available as well as bottles of interior cleaner available other than just windex. We love this car wash! Our family has memberships for 2 cars and we do regularly each week. The wash does an excellent job and the vacuums work well too. However it isn't perfect. That is why they provide microfiber towels and cleaners to help you clean tough to reach spots. So happy we found this place! read more

We received two ads for free car washes. They apparently had the same barcode on them, so they would only honor one ad. The attendant said Tidal Wave had received multiple complaints that people had received two ads with the same barcode. Poor customer service -- if the mistake was on the part of the business (sending multiple ads with the same barcode), the business should still honor all ads received! read more

We moved to the area recently and looked around for a car wash that matched what we had been used to in our previous location. We couldn't find the level of service and quality of wash anywhere until Tidal Wave opened. This is a really good car wash. It covers your entire car with thick quality soap, not that runny stuff, and dries it much better than many car washes. The only thing I would like to see are vacuum hoses on both sides of the individual bays. I always pull into the vacuum spots on the left because I can grab a hose from both sides. On the right side I have to extend the hose over my vehicle and I worry that it might scratch. Otherwise, I think it's the best car wash in the area. read more
