I have a membership right down the road at Vibe but figured I would check out Mister Car Wash for my new car since I have not signed this car up for a car wash membership yet. When I pulled up the first thing that bothered me is that the guy was showing me his tablet with the different car washes on it, but first only shows me the most expensive wash. I just wanted a basic one. Then asked for a tip when a machine washes my car and then I have to be the one to clean the interior?? Once my car goes through the wash, I notice that the back of my car did not get cleaned at all and I had to later in the day hand clean that. Another joke about this place is that they charge for using towels, when all the other car wash places right next to them don't. Wiping down my car is an essential part of getting it cleaned. The vacuums definitely did not have as good of suction. Overall, extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. Really nothing good at all about this car wash. Definitely sticking with Vibe, this place is delusional. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHCILES TO THIS LOCATION unless you want your clear coat severely damaged. I brought my 2025 Mazda CX-50 to this carwash on 1/31/26 for a wash. The carwash was busy and I had errands to run that afternoon. I had come out of the commissary at Buckley AFB to get into my car when I noticed damage all around the car caused by the brushes from the Mister Car Wash in Southlands. I filed a claim because the scratches are visible all around the vehicle. Even the GM stated "I've been working with car washes over 8 years and I have never seen anything like this." . Fast foward to 2/10. I get phone call from the GM that they're denying the claim. I can file a claim with my insurance but that's it. read more

Wow! I have to add 2 stars to the review, Mister Car wash FINALLY has vacuums with good suction that actually clean the inside of your car & carpets. Let it be known I come here once a week, so I don't wanna hear ohhh we installed them months ago bc I was here for the install & the still were not this good. Had time to kill so we decided to get the car washed to remove the mag chloride from the car's undercarriage. They were busy, with a steady stream of cars entering the wash. Pulled up and looked at the options available. The had to rush out to grab the antenna decoration we have so it didn't get washed away. Went with the $12 wash which got the undercarriage but no protectant added. Drove forward and entered one of the two wash tunnels. The attendant let me know to come forward and when to stop. Neutral position and foot off the brake and we were off. Decided to vacuum the interior after the wash. Pulled into a vacuuming bay where they have two types of vacuum heads. One with a narrow vacuum head so it got into crevices and one with a wand which made it easier to get larger areas. It was nice to have a clean car. The employees were friendly and smiled a lot. we noticed this car wash on our way home one day and decided to give it a try today. first thing we are greeted with is a guy on his tablet offering the most expensive car wash...we chose to go with the basic seeing as we only needed a quick clean off. it started off good the lights were cool and it seemed like the car wash was going to be good but for 10$ it was very underwhelming and disappointing. we got a spray of soap, rinse, and dry. not to mention it filled our car with an outhouse smell that we are still trying to air out. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Why can't we give ZERO stars? This place will rip you off. My 16 year old daughter just went today for her first car wash. She came home and said she was charged $26! They totally took advantage of a young girl, and a new driver. She said the only option she was given was for $26 and $32. Yes, we are working with her on how NOT to get ripped off and how to say no. We have work to do. We immediately went back (by now it was raining...less than 30 minutes later). We spoke with the manager Ozzy who refused to refund any of her money. He informed me that it was company policy to only show people the two most expensive options. That should tell all of us how ethical this SCUMBAG COMPANY really is. The only option we were given was a free wash OR the number for corporate. I took the number. Screw them! My wife has a membership and we are dropping it and never using this place again. How can you ask for a tip before doing anything, no one even touches a brush or performs something extra. One punches the screen and asks for the tip. The second person pushes a buttons to start the machine. That's IT. Can you imagine the waiter comes to your table and asks if you are going to tip, and how much, before anything? read more

I have had a membership here for almost a year now but I'm going to cancel. The place is convenient and clean with nice employees. However, the wash does a shitty job and the dryers do not dry your car hardly at all-hence what everyone else is saying. For there price they should offer towels to dry your car-most places like this offer towels. The vacuums are garbage. They barely vacuum crap and it has something to do with not enough suction. I would much rather take my business somewhere else. Management if you are listening step your game up and get some freaking towels and maybe some supplies to clean inside of vehicle and fix your shotty equipment. Maybe go visit some other car washes in another state or location. Get your stuff together before reaching into. Our pockets ripping us off. read more

I purchased the unlimited Platinum wash package $34.99. Sign up was quick and easy. I have a mid size SUV, very common brand. Many times I would have to take my vehicle back through a second wash because there was still dirt and crud left on my vehicle. I noticed that the wash cycle got shorter and shorter, the dryers were moved further in because the cycles were all shortened. We pointed out to the attendant that the under carriage was not working and that is something we paid for the premium wash package. The exposed wheel wells were never clean and most times not even wet. Often the attendant does not pre spray the vehicle, which I find odd. And many times after taking the vehicle thru twice the back window and hatch we're still filthy. There was so little water used that it left so much dirt in between the doors and trunk, I started using 1 towel just to wipe the dirt off that the car wash didn't get. The other thing I noticed was the stench from the recycled water, it was absolutely gross! I spoke several times with the attendant and they were fully aware that the smell was an issue. Definitely don't wash your car and park it in the garage right away! So gross smelling. After a year and tolerating a very sub standard wash we went right down the street and got 2 vehicles unlimited wash for cheaper than the monthly price here. The other place down the road offers free towels, better vacuums, an air nozzle to really dry all the crevices , and they use a track system so you never have to worry about getting your tire in the slot. Sadly there is no service or value using this car wash chain. Go somewhere else that will actually clean your car. read more

This car wash is pretty bad. The wash is good but the dryers are not sufficient. There's a ton of water at the exit and huge pot holes so when you leave you splash dirty water back on to your clean car. The vacuums are 25% of the power they should be so the suction is mediocre. The only reason I ever go here is because it's close to home. The car wash by Costco in Parker is far superior and priced better too. read more

If I could give this facility, zero stars I would. Paid for the top wash available only to find out that mats and interior look like Hell. Spoke to the manager and he said well we could pay extra for interior and mat cleaning. Car wasn't even vacuumed well. Total waste of money. Don't waste your money here. This car wash is mid. $16 and it takes less than 60 seconds to go through which doesn't completely clean off the car and the car isn't close to be dried off on the way out. Also vacuum suction is not great. No way I'd even consider the $35 a month unlimited. read more

Today I cancelled my Unlimited Wash for two vehicles. I don't know what happened to the quality that used to be here. But just like Elvis, it has left the building. This car wash doesn't remove bugs, it doesn't wash the right side of the vehicle it doesn't even remove the dirt left by raindrops. It literally is the worst car wash I have ever used. I have had enough of paying $75 for two vehicles that never get cleaned of even the simplest dirt. I will be taking my business elsewhere. These guys have had enough chances to adjust their machines and fix their issues and the quality just continues to decline. read more

I think some of the negative reviewers are expecting a bit much from an automated car wash service. My expectations were a bit more realistic. My car was pretty dirty as a result of the last snow storm had and I had taken my car up to the mountains for an over night trip. The car wash did a really good job of removing the majority of the dirt. There were some minor spots around the emblems of my car that it could not reach. When I got home I did a minor touch up. People just need to be realistic with their expectation. You cannot expect this to be as clean and detailed as a hand wash it's just not realistic. read more

I swang by Mister Car Wash this past weekend on my way to meet a friend for a couple beers. Here's the run down: ++ Service was fast. ++ Offers free vacuums; like most other car washes do. +/- Pricing wasn't bad. A bit more than I'm accustomed to paying for a car wash. -- Service menu was a bit hard to read. Pricing doesn't have dollar signs. -- Still seemed like the hatch/back of my Jeep was a bit dirty after the wash. Eh. Not the best car wash I've had, but it'll do in a pinch when the Jeep isn't too dirty. read more

I've been here many times over the years while visiting a friend in the area. Back in 2014 my first time I was amazed at the quality and throughout the year. Something changed. Ownership? Now it is terrible. Dirt all over after washing and rinse is awful leaving spots and dirt on vehicle that wasn't even that dirty. I'm done with this place. Congratulations... Had a great experience with this car wash today 9/1/21. Been here a handful of times. The car wash doesn't always get off all the set in grime on my windshield and that would be my only complaint but the customer service is top notch. The attendants were very knowledgeable with explaining each car wash tier and didn't try to sell me too hard or haggle me to get a membership - I had some chalk paint on my windows and the attendants sprayed and scraped my windows to get off the residue with extra care and a smile. My car is older so I don't need perfection but the way they handled my vehicle and assisted with cleaning off the extra paint off my windows showed they really care and went the extra mile to make my car look nice. read more

Workers there were clueless had to explain what happened to our service twice to get get right. Tire spray over spray. I have told their employees several times about the tire spray issues but always told there is nothing they can do. I spend and extra 30 min per car at home cleaning the silicon black streaks and spots from my cars. I pay $80 per month for my 2 cars and would expect a better resolution that what I have received. To the sad little manager who threatened me with his corporate attorneys if I spoke the truth and left bad reviews...FU loser lol so on March 2nd I went to Mister Car Wash in Aurora, paid $35.99 for unlimited washes for 30 days and ran my 7 series BMW through the wash. it shot me through like a billet, the fastest car wash in history and when I shot out the other side my car looked like shit, was still wet and dirt had only smeared on my car! I came around again and told the worker what I thought, he apologized and said he was told to speed up the wash anticipating being busy that day but said that quality is definitely sacrifice! he sugges I go through again, which I did with the same result. when I got home I contacted corporate and told them what happened and asked for a refund and they said NO! I asked for a manager and was told NO to that as well! Today I went to the car wash asked for the manager told him what happenled and he said NO too! This company is amazing but the only thing they do well is say NO and steal from the consumer, Anyhow if you're looking for a horrible car wash that's way overpriced or a weasel sad little manager try Mister Car Wash in Aurora...but I suggest ANY of their competitors! read more
