My truck has literally never looked better every single time I pull through, it comes out sparkling like it's brand new. The results are consistently amazing. This car wash caused a flat tire due to the track ripping the valve stem. The manager on site took my information, made me fill out paperwork and said if the repairs are less than $100, they would take care of it. The total cost was only $37 to replace the valve stem. But, even when emailing this company, they ghosted me, never even responded to my email, management on site wasn't helpful. So not only did I not get my car wash payment reimbursed, I had to pay $37 to get the valve stem fixed with no communication at all from this company. Go elsewhere. read more

This carwash is knowingly operated using malfunctioning equipment. I drive a Ram 2500. On 3/16/2026 2 of the horizontal rollers contacted the front of my truck and pushed me backward over the floor rollers. The second of which pushed my truck into the vehicle behind me. The attendant told me this was a known problem and had haplened before but the new person was not upntonspeed on the issue when operating the equipment. In talking to the driver of the other car, he indicated that his wifes car had had a similar event happen, indicating a recurring and systemic issue with the equipment in a car was that isnt even 3 years old. They cram the cars too close together and do not maintain their equipment safely. Not worth the risk. read more

I've used this car wash several times now and today will be the last. I am so tired of how pushy the employees are trying to push the memberships. Even though there is a digital screen when you drive in to pay via credit card (self-service) - employees always rush over to, as the last guy told me "stop you from pushing the wrong buttons and not signing up for a membership". They don't take no for an answer and I do not feel like I need to justify why I am not buying a membership when I am just there for a simple car wash. The process is invasive, employees are pushy and it should not be that difficult and irritating to go through a car wash. read more

Broke my back antenna on October 17th. I filled out a form spoke to a manager I think his name was Sam. Said their insurance would cover it no doubt and I should hear back in 48 hours. After hearing nothing I tried to call but it just leads to some corporate number for employees. Emailed the support email and heard back once then never again. This place does not give a fck. It's now November 22nd and still nothing. A bunch of cheap asses. Never coming back and if you want their machine to break shit on your car, just know it won't be replaced. read more

My car got damaged two days after getting it from the dealership. A claim was filed and the claims rep will not pay out for the damages. He has been rude and will not answer my questions. On 1/14/2025 I was going through the car wash and the car in front of me had gone off the track. Since my vehicle was on their track and under their control my car collided with the car in front of me. When I initially entered the wash the car in front was 5-10 feet in front of me. The track doesn't seem to have a safety stop when a vehicle goes off the track which is the reason for the collision, I met with the manager and he said the car in front turned their steering wheel and that driver said she did not. They insisted they had camera footage but wouldn't provide it. They offered a card to a "customer service" line. There is no one to talk to you just submit a form and submit photos. My claim to their claim department was denied without proof to the decision. The claimed "other driver error". After reading several reviews it seems that there are others this has happened to and it is always denied. Regardless of their decision the fact is that they do not have a safety mechanism to shut off the track when someone goes off the track so these accidents will continue and others will be denied. Not a good way to run a company and treat loyal customers. Wash your car here understanding that you are at risk. read more

Got a coupon in the mail for a free car wash and decided to check it out. This place is by far the nicest car wash I've been too. Staff was super nice and gave a free air freshener and dash cleaning wipe. Car was super dirty going in and came out clean. Had a couple trouble spots (bugs etc) that were still present but that's to be expected. They supply clean towels, windex, vacuums, mat cleaner, and even air for tires and to spray water out of your mirrors/body seams. Beware Beware Beware!!! I took my new car here and when I drove up, they said it was a promotion that you could get the full deal for $10 which was normally 20 something. They said it included hot wax, and something that supposedly gets rid of minor scratches. I remember laughing to the guy and saying how is that even possible? In any case I came out of the car wash with massive drips all over the entire side of my car. I tried everything to rub them out, but they would not go away. I called for a manager and Mitch came over looking immediately like he couldn't give a crap. He said I'm gonna go over and look at the other cars as they come out to see if they have the drips. I was like do you think I'm gonna fall for this ridiculous approach? You are not going to see them right as they come out of the car wash and it's irrelevant as my car is covered with drips that won't go away. He grabbed a solvent and said it was organic (ha ha) and he couldn't remove it with that. He literally took no accountability and pretty much had no alternatives or solutions, and did not give one crap. I ended up having to go to caliber collision and a guy named Justin spent two hours in the back getting the drips off my car and he said whatever the substance was the temperature is not regulated and it was eating through the paint. He said the other poor suckers coming out probably don't check their car and wouldn't even know. As if the substance and the damage isn't bad enough, the completely cavalier and clueless attitude of the management makes it worse. DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

I loved the car wash and all the amenities, but my back windshield wiper got torn off and you don't replace them, so I'm not coming back.

My car was damaged and the rear wiper assembly torn off. After several days of waiting to see "the manager", I filed a lengthy paperwork claim, which needed to be "reviewed". After it was approved and my car was clearly seen on video being damaged, Super Star requested a repair receipt, which I provided. Old manager was fired, now a new manager needed to review it but was not available. This went on for weeks and was an obvious stall tactic. With all the evidence and paperwork in place, finally their senior manager said they would send it to corporate for review, again, then payment. That was 2 months ago and they will not pay out for the damages. I'm done with them. I will never get my car washed here again. Fair warning. read more
