I had a lot more loyalty and love for this place when they offered truly free vacuums. I was alway more than happy to pay for a wash and clean my own interior. It was even nice to stop in for a quick vacuum after the gym. I'm disappointed they don't offer that anymore. However, I feel like mister hotshine has great value for what they provide. They do good work too. I'm always pleased with the job they do and I come a few times a year. I'll be a returning customer. read more

Worst experience ever. Have a brand new car, with leather white seats. When I took the car in for service, ended up having blue ink marks on the drivers seat. When I asked them where did this come from, super rude manager told that non of his stuff had a blue pen. He tried to clean the seat, but it didn't really worked. So i had to go into a different store and buy a remover. Anyways, then I wanted to cancel my membership, just because I was very disappointed. I called in a several times, but nobody picks up a phone there and never got a call back. Then I got charged for another month. So I finally was able to talk to someone at the different location and have my membership cancel. Very disappointed with this location and it's management!!! read more

This place was great! Quick and inexpensive. $12.00 for XPress Wash #1 and it even has led colored lights during the wash. Soft cloth and you ride through it in your car. read more

My wife and I just got married and our car was totally trashed! Paint, Oreos, silly string, and confetti were all over the place. We came to get our car washed and when they saw we just got married, they not only gave us a wash for FREE but let us go through a few times to be sure it all came off clean! This has to be the worst run business I've ever seen. I've gone back several times thinking that each time must be an outlier because it was so bad but now its obvious that it's just the worst run business I've ever seen. I paid $36 for outside wash, vacuum and dash conditioning. When I got in my car it was obvious that nothing had even been wiped down. I called it to the attention of the "mgr" (Nick I believe) and he acknowledged that it wasn't done and his explanation was "they try to limit how much they do so they can get cars through quickly". Thinking he was joking I laughed for a second and then realized he was serious ... unbelievable! Stay away and take business elsewhere. read more

I paid $30 to have the inside and outside of my car cleaned. I was really happy with the end result and felt like I got my money's worth. All employees I came in contact with were very nice and professional. Wait time was very reasonable and also a big plus they are open Sundays. Will use again. read more

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE !!! First of all the car wash was horrible ! The rear end of my car looks like it wasn't even touched and the interior was even worse. Then the people were disrespectful. I don't know why I waste my time. While this is the closest carwash to the office, they have really suffered in quality lately. Used to bring all of the company cars here. Tried today and it is the last straw. Never coming here again. The "Red Carpet" actually isn't a carpet cleaning. They refresh your carpets. A really "deep vacuuming." Make sure you read the fine print. Also they have no solution for the sap left by my tree. The staff states corporate does not allow them. Very frustrated with them as a whole. I've been going to this location for a few years now. I use to think they offered good pricing on their services. I went to this place to get any car cleaning service done from exterior wash only to washing my seats to a full detail. They were friendly and chill. Yesterday I went to this location and it seems like their management team has decided to make all their employees from the checkin guy to the cashier a salesman of sorts. They were upselling everything and tried to hide their cheaper services from me. They were also trying very hard to sell their unlimited monthly plan. I didn't need a $130+ full detail but they were pushing it hard. I also asked if they would wash my seats but they told me that they use to have that service but that their manager has done away with it in place of their full detail that was quite expensive. I'm really disappointed with the upselling of services and the chill atmosphere was gone. I chose the same price level service as I've always gotten and the level of clean is very inferior to my past experience. I will be looking for a different carwash. On a positive note, most workers were still friendly. I understand they are trying to make money...I just want the chill no sales pitch in my face experience I use to have. read more

Terrible service! Quality of work was less than satisfactory, and the employees were less than friendly. I gave my husband a gift card for Christmas to have his car washed and thoroughly cleaned on the inside. The gift card was for $55.00, so I figured he would get a decent wash, window cleaning and vacuum job. He took it in today to have have the service done. After running it through the drive through car wash himself, my husband left the car for about an hour, so they could complete the service. When he picked up his car, the mirrors were still dirty, there was they hadn't even vacuumed the dog hair off from the seats. When he talked to them about these issues, the response they gave was "we just wipe the mirrors, we don't clean the rear view mirrors at all, and... We don't do dog hair. Seriously? It was a small amount of dog hair to vacuum up, and they just left it. To add insult to injury, my husband had to pay an additional $12.00 (on top of the $55.00 gift card) for this less than acceptable service. I don't care how close this place is to home, we will never do business with them again. read more

During an interior detail, the store damaged my stereo beyond repair. After not hearing from them for several days, I called the store and they asked me to come in so they could inspect the stereo and fill out paperwork that should have already been done. A week after the incident, the store contacted me and said that they would not be replacing or compensating me for damage that they admit occurred during their service. I was not offered any recourse or even a refund. read more

I'm a member for a year now, and the quality of work has declined, the drying process and gone DOWN HILL, when you were out under the tree, it seemed that your employees spent more time drying my truck off, but now they stand inside the wash area, and it's rush, rush, rush.... no more pride :-( read more

This is a very shameful company. The charged me a very expensive price to fully detail my vehicle (close to $180). Shortly thereafter, one of their managers calls me and tell me he could make the car look like new if I pay for an extra "90 minutes of buffing" (I guess paying $180 was not enough). When I picked up the vehicle, not only did it have scratches and paint chipped off, but there was a large amount of paint that was removed from all of their extra "work." Initially, their manager (how many 'mangers' does this place have) said that if the paint had already been there, nobody would have recommended extra buffing. He assured me that photos and videos would have captured everything that went on that day. After being ingnored for another week, I called and had an "assistant manager" state that he had no authority, did not know anything, did not know who the owner was, was not permitted to call any supervisors (exactly what does an 'assistant manager' do at this place?) and that I would have to call back another day. I finally reach the first manager again, who decided to forget about any videos and photos of the vehicle being worked on, and instead to trust the 'word of his men" (!) whom all stated (surprise) that they did not damage the vehicle. He also stated that there was no owner of this business, but "hundreds of individuals" that owned a small percentage, and none of whom that would speak to me. He then stated that he was not paying for any damage, not refunding my money, and that he was "the highest one up in the company." This place is unethical and dishonest. read more
