I was calling and stopping by during the posted business hours but no one was there and no one answered the phone. I was selling my vehicle and needed the full detail prior to posting ads for sale. The quoted price seemed fine and all I needed to do was sort out transportation etc., while the vehicle is being detailed. I mentioned I would call the following week so we could set up an appointment and get this done. He said that would be fine. The following week I was again met with an answering machine only. I left messages and again stopped by, during business hours. No one was there. I left about three messages over the span of a week. I never received a call back. No texts, no nothing. Great! Completely unprofessional. Basically I wasted 2 weeks of my time, time I could have had my vehicle posted for sale. Time that I need to go find another detailer to do my car. They also offer a "family" plan that seems like a good deal. The issue I have is that QQ doesn't get my car clean. I have tried 4 different locations and each time there are huge spots that don't get clean. Every location has been the same, not one of the 4 I've friend have cleaned my car Sufficiently. I wish it was better because I do really enjoy their amenities, but defeats the purpose of washing the car if it's still dirty when you're done.
