I have to agree with that last reviewer, this place does a very good job cleaning your car at the $5 express wash. They have several cleaning options that range from $5 to $14 dollars. Also they have free vacuums. If your lucky, like I was the other day, I got an upgraded wash on accident. That seems to happen if the guy in front of you in line bought an upgrade. Sweet!!! I challenge you to get a better cleaning else where. BEWARE, Try one of the crappy gas station car washes, you'll only be disappointed! I know because I've tried them all. read more

Overall not too bad, I pay for the unlimited monthly platinum wash. It seems like there is still soap residue left on my truck after the washes because my truck turned into a dirt magnet after 2 days. I have to come everyday just to keep it looking halfway decent and that concerns me with the brushes they use and the potential for debris on them to scratch the paint finish. If the could adjust the rinse properly and add a wax finish that worked so I didn't have to come everyday, would easily give 5 stars. Service and vacuums are nice read more

I've brought my vehicles here to be washed for a couple years now. It's the only place I'd go! Great people working there also!!

I hit a cloud of bugs on 94, near Dowling on Thursday night. Since the truck already needed a wash, I saw a Mister Car Wash and went in and bought the Platinum Wash. The attendant inside, took three weak swipes at 80% of my windshield with a brush and didn't spray any part of my truck before the wash. Went through, drove to a nearby parking lot to wipe it dry and when I looked, 95% of the bugs were still on the truck. I took it back, showed the manager and he came in, sprayed it with the bug spray, sprayed it with a power spray and used the scrub brush much more vigorously than did the teenager who was stationed there. After that and a 2nd 'Platinum Wash', 85% of the bugs were gone. I didn't go back. I won't go back. Pretty sure any gas station nearby (with a carwash) will get your vehicle cleaner for less money in a single try. read more

This place should NOT be open. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! A car behind me crashed into me 3 times due to an error from the conveyor belts​. The cars are literally falling off the tracks of the conveyor belts in the car wash. If your machines are defective​ FIX IT. During the wash, the belt stopped moving for all the cars which were past the sprayers, however,​ the cars behind continue to roll forward. This caused the car behind me to crash into my car 3 times. Both cars were in neutral the entire time. Instead of staff following their protocol​ to stop the entire wash when a crash takes place and have the cars exit, instead them came to me in the middle of the wash, told me to roll my window down, causing water to entire my car, and directed me and the driver behind me to drive forwar or resrve to get back onto the belt in proper position. In the time when my window was down, I asked the staff member FiVE times "did the car behind me just crash into me?" He refused to respond. Throughout this whole ordeal, the machines were NOT running smoothly. They were stopping and starting. The clothes were shaking so violently that​ they caused my driver's side mirror to collapse. After waiting for about 5 minutes at the dryer as the conveyor belt AGAIN stopped working, I was finally able to exit the wash. I pulled over to speak to the driver behind me who admitted that the cars crashed, but also knew that the faulty conveyor belts caused this. I told him I would be going into the office to speak to a supervisor, however,​​ the other driver left. When I spoke to the manager, Eduardo, he immediately became defensive and said it was not the fault of the car wash, but the crash took place due to ice chunks in the conveyor belt line from cars in front of me. If that was the case, why were the employees not moving the chunks in order to prevent accidents??? Also, it was nearly impossible​ for employees to do that or even see since there was a huge plastic sheet (not sure if they are doing​construction​ or it was to shield employees from water) from the ceiling to the floor inside the car was separating​ employees​ from the conveyor belt. In the 10 minutes that I was speaking to this very rude manager, Eduardo, 2 other drivers came out of the car wash also mentioning that their cars were bumped off of the conveyor belt track. How is it possible that in my time there a total of 4 cars had incidents with the conveyor belt, and the manager still claim that this was due to no fault of the car wash? The manager began to accuse me that the damage on my car was there prior to the car wash. He then also accused the other drivers of lying about their experience and claimed that one was who crashed into me. (Not possible, as I already spoke to the owner of the car who crashed into me, and took pictures of his license place. They were two completely different people.) At one point while the manager​, Eduardo, accused​ me of lying about the damage, he also threatened to pull up his own personal car, crash it into my bumper to "show" me the "type of damage it would cause." Never in my life have I been so disrespected at a business. It was only when I requested the business card of the manager that he agreed to file an incident report. While filing the report (which I do not believe was submitted since I have received​ no contact from the company whatsoever since this took place earlier this week), Eduardo continued to berate me, accuse me of lying and claim the company "has insurance adjustors who are able to quickly tell that this damage is not due to us so you are wasting your time." The manager, Eduardo, is extremely unprofessional and has the worst customer experience​ I have ever encountered. read more

Terrible people, this whole car wash is a mess. Guys outside aren't even wearing a mask and have a terrible attitude. I asked one question and the guy started to get an attitude, it's also REALLY expensive, 24$ for a carwash that's the same as a gas station car wash. Terrible place in general. read more

I, like most people in my life, don't really care about car washes. We just get them when we feel we need them, and continue on with life. Today, however, after visiting mister car wash, I have discovered that it can be something much more than that. Today, I enjoyed getting a car wash. It begins with the self-service vacuums. They are free for customers and you can use them all you want. I haven't found a free vacuum around this part of town ever since the PDQ closed on County Road D. I didn't need a vacuum session, but it was super busy, so I'll definitely have to go back and use them next time around. Then, we came to the booth to order the car wash. It had a human operator in it, which I think is worth noting. We ordered the #2 because I'm cheap, and that's the cheapest choice with an underbody wash. They also gave us wipes to clean my dashboard! The actual wash is pretty standard for an automated place, except that it starts with another human giving a pressure wash around the car. So, all in all, it was the best "automated" car wash I've ever had. We will definitely be back again. read more

Super friendly staff and a setup that'll get you in and out quickly, even when there is a line. If your car is super dirty you might find it doesn't all get clean with one trip through. I think it's because some of the guys who spray off the car prior to the automatic washers aren't as detail-oriented as other. The wash subscriptions are awesome. I totally recommend the a wash subscription and a regular swing by during the winter months. It's a good deal. read more

Way overpriced for an exterior car wash and then not even a good wash. Came in with dirty wheels and left with dirty wheels.

Decent for a drive-through that the driver remains inside their vehicle for. The hot wax is one of the last phases and seemed to "take" on a reasonably warm (50 degrees F) day. The vacuums are handy but having something to wipe down interior surfaces would be a good addition. read more

Dec 21 2019 - I've been going to Mister Car Wash for 18 years, different owners and all. But never again. Please see the reviews of Mal A and Tom M - both done this year 2019 - which verifies to me that my awful experience today for a premium price is something that has become more prevalent in recent times than years ago. I swear, I got home and the ENTIRE PASSENGER--SIDE LOWER PANEL (from front bumper all the way to the back bumper below the tail lights) never got ONE DROP OF ANY LIQUID OR TREATMENT BRUSH as it went through the conveyor wash. To add insult to the fraud, the guy doing the "pre-rinse" for everyone else didn't do anything to my car except guide on the conveyor (usually there are two guys doing pre-wash, one on each side), and that guiding step sounded like it wasn't on right (maybe that's why he put the hose down and walked away). Horrible service for the premium price. I went to their web site and asked for a refund, but wanted to warn you all that this place has gone to crap and no maintenance of equipment or training of staff. I thought I was going to get rear ended as well because the conveyor is so shot. Next report is to the Attorney General and WCCO! This would make a great video on the 10 o'clock news, especially during the winter here with all the crud on the streets that gets on your car! Step up, owner. You could be a shining star the right way. This isn't it. Once you lose "good will" in a business, it's only a matter of time. You need more than free vacuums. read more

Probably the worse customer service I have ever experienced. This is the only location I have had a problem with and the Manager Eduardo doesn't know how to talk to customers. Because this is the only location I have problems with he told me to wash elsewhere because he doesn't want to do his job. This location has went down hill within the past year. On top of all that my car was still dirty when I left and didn't want to wait another 15 mins to go through again. read more
