I have always received a decent wash from Mister. Even with a new paint job on my car, I cannot find any marks or swirls. So, I'm happy with the wash. On the other hand, Mister needs to come up to speed with the services other washes offer. They don't have cleaning supplies, or towels, in the vacuum bays, and need to add these as well as floor mat cleaners. The 'other' car washes all have these. read more

Excellent car wash. Every time I show up for a wash, I'm greeted with exceptional customer service and attention to detail before pulling through the car washer. It can become a little crowded on a Saturday but the traffic is handled well. Douglasville have tooo many car washes but this one is excellent. read more

The service personnel are very inconsistent with scrubbing my bumpers and rear fenders when coming through. It always depends on their mood. Not sure I'll stick with the monthly pass. Think g about trying g one of the many other car washes in Douglasville. read more

Dreadful experience i went here only because my usually was closed and let me tell you how i regret it , first let's start with the staff they are terrible , lazy and rude , u ask a question and you get an attitude, Not Good !!! it was my first time there so i didn't know the routine , the place is built to create the ultimate cluster F#%* you literally have to make sure u do t hit the next car in line next to u waiting to go into the wash it's just terrible and the. the ultimate is they don't even dry your car lol omg the worst car wash ever so don't waste your time if you are in a rush or don't wanna encounter ppl with attitudes read more

I wish I could tell you about the service, but they wouldn't allow me through. They refused service due to my truck being too muddy. I work in the woods, of course it get muddy. I have a meeting tomorrow and need my truck to be somewhat presentable. There are very few options in Douglasville for a car wash, and I was turned down at all of them. the general manager is argumentative because he has been doing for 25 years, will not listen to customers concerns. they refuse to brush the front of your car. pictures attaced was build up of dirt from not brushing when asked, when wet manager wiped fingers over it revealing cars color again, claimed that a brush couldnt wipe it clean, but a finger could? also, employees park in first two bays next to handicap, on a busy day, can make it difficult to vaccum, not to mention, the first two bays vacuum cords are long enough where as the others barely reach backseat. read more

The last three times I have been, they ask if you want to leave a tip. First two times I did. Fellow with the brush was very lazy. Didn't seem to care. Gave a swipe to the front half of front bumper that's it. Today I did not leave a tip. As I am waiting my turn, I noticed the car in front of me getting a very thorough brush down. The guy brushed the front, back, front windshield, back windshield, & the wheels and tires of the car in front of me. I was regretting not leaving a tip. I'm thinking, "Wow, they have changed. This one seems to care about his job. I will walk a tip over after I vacuum out my car." Oh and I am I big tipper. As I move up in the position to enter the car wash, he looks at his screen and I guess notices that I did not leave a tip, and does not even pick up his brush. He didn't even do a lazy swipe across the car. The sense of entitlement is ridiculous. Needless to say I will never be back to this car wash. I've owned a membership in the past and was considering getting another one. No way. read more

We used to loyally go here all the time because of the free vacuums but not anymore! Not only was there still bug splatters and dirt on the grill, hood and rear view mirrors of my Mom's Ford Escape, but they even ripped the trim off my RAV4! When I showed this to them and basically shrugged and said they couldn't do anything because my car was older than 5 years...I opted for the basic wash both times, which granted for $10 I don't expect detailing or anything but I do expect my car to be clean and in one piece when I come out the other side! I ended having to use a rag and to finish it myself. I still don't know what I'm going to do with my damaged RAV4 now seeing as I was trying to sell it. read more

Complaint my daughter posted on BBB On Sunday, July 12, 2020, I had my car washed at the Mr. Carwash(Douglasville location). After going thru the car wash and arriving at my next location I noticed that my bumper was damaged. I contacted my parents who advised me to return to the location. When I arrived I encountered the assistant manager Germaine. He took an incident report and informed me that he will have the manager contact me or my mother. He also informed me that the store manager would be at the location on Thursday. After multiple attempts to contact the manager Kimberly. My mother and I arrived at the location on Thursday. The manager immediately looked at the car and stated that the damage did not occur going thru the car wash. The manager did not conduct any investigation/review any video footage or speak to any employees during this time. She immediately diagnosed the situation and refused to discuss any kind of resolution. At the end of the conversation, my mother requested to speak to the manager's boss. Multiple attempts were made to contact the district manager John Smith via an 866 number. After two weeks of contacting the manager and informing her that I was unable to reach anyone there is no resolution. I am currently driving around with a damaged bumper. This is my very 1st car and I am disappointed in how this business handled this situation. read more

Hardly any soap & my husband said the brushes streaked one side of the car Towels smelled bad so we could not use them to wipe the interior of the car. "We don't want to serve you!" attitude. Went and there was no line. Picked my wash & computer said "please wait for attendant" without offering option for me to pay. So I waited. And waited and waited. Car pulled into lane next to me & same thing happened to them - more waiting. Meanwhile, the attendants waved through FIVE cars from the "unlimited" lane gate. The people next to me backed up, and I backed up and left. Mister car wash, I was a regular at this location before you changed the name but I won't be returning. Clearly, you could care less about serving your customers. I have zero doubts that Douglasville has other car washes who will be eager and enthusiastic about cleaning my car and do so without favoring other cars that show up after I arrive. read more

I used to go to this car wash all the time now it's owned by Mister. I recently bought another vehicle and took it for a wash. I usually add wax to my $5 wash for $2 extra I was informed they "don't do add ons". The package with wax would have been more then I wanted to spend so I got their $6 wash it didn't clean that well and looked like they used less soap. Also I noticed two long scratches on my back passenger side door(wasn't there before) that needless to say left me very upset. Lastly the vacuums that use to work great had little suction and didn't pick up much. read more

We use to come here weekly to clean out our vehicles and vacuum. Today I followed my daughter to clean our cars out, the gut didn't even direct you like normal. The vacuums were barely sucking and I tried others and they weren't on. Called the number no answer and can't find anybody here. Weren't your normal people working today. This is the best car wash in town! Free vacuums with your wash purchase and they even provide towels and spray for you to clean more in depth afterwards. They just added emissions inspection for only $15 with a free basic wash! The wait was very short and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint I have is that my debit card doesn't usually work and someone has to come out and run it through the office register. That's my only complaint though. Overall, it's a great deal with excellent quality! Highly recommend. read more
