Located on East West Connector in Austell sits a pretty solid drive through car wash with decent prices and a fairly priced membership program. While the location is a little out of my way, I ended up at Wash Time due to my go-to being closed for construction. Unlike other spots, they have you vacuum first, if you want. When you pull in you have two options, head to the left and go straight for the wash or head to the right and vacuum your vehicle before hitting the wash. I opted to head right and spent a few minutes using the free vacuums. The vacuum area is gated and can only be exited after paying for and getting your wash, so if you are trying to be slick to get a free vacuum, then this ain't the place for you! Once you get your vacuum on and get your car wash, you can swing by the "wipe down" station that is situated right at the exit. It only features 4 spaces, but that is always enough. This little station is outfitted with a few stands that feature good quality, cloth-like paper towels that allow you to wipe down whatever part of your vehicle you would like. Pricing is fair. The one time washes start at $8.00 and go up to $29.99. I opted for the $20.00, Wax It wash. They also have a membership program that allows you unlimited washes of one of the top two tier washes, Wax It or Look Your Best. The prices are $24.99/$29.99 per month. Again, unlimited washes at which ever level you sign up for. Seems like a good deal if you venture here a few times a month, as just going 2 times in one month will make the membership worth it. Speaking of the membership, they have associates manning the pay stations that are there to help in case of issues with payment, but more for recruitment. I didn't mind the gentlemen and his sales tactics, but I do wish he would have had a mask on, given his proximity to my window as he chatted through the benefits of a membership. I opted not to sign up today as it was my first visit, so I wasn't sure the quality. Now that I have been through a wash, and was happy with the outcome, I could see the pros of signing up for a membership! Overall, solid spot with a good product at a decent price. While I am not in this particular area of Austell often, when I am I will surely swing through to get my car some love! read more

In regards to time spent / money spent "Wash Time" is a great option if you just need to rinse off some pollen. You can wash for as low as $6 or as high as $20 (or get a "wash plan subscription for $35). I usually get the $6 and keep it moving but I noticed that on "Wacky Wednesday" they offer discounted services on all of their washes. So I got the $20 wash for only $15 plus my receipt has a coupon to return (in 5 days) for another wash for only $5! I will be back! I recommend you come on a Wednesday to get the deal. If you prefer "detailed" level wash but want to save money, I'd come here, vacuum yourself and bring some drying towels. There were quiet a few drivers wiping down their own cars. read more

"Wash Time" car wash on e/w Connector near Powder Springs Rd (directly across from Mexican restaurant and movie theater) want to make sure you know the one since there is another car wash near by. It's rare I post, but I will when I feel ripped off or not appreciated! And that happened Monday after a $16 wash. I've been going to this car wash for more than a year a half nearly once a week. I've spent a lot of money and been a loyal customer, so DO NOT treat me like it's a privilege I get to go to your business! In short...this car wash sold in November to a new company. Well they changed things apparently because my Jeep looked like this on both sides and the back of it (see pics below) a pics worth a 1000 words. Anyway didn't notice until I got home & saw. So the next day (Tues) I took it back around noon and the manager came out "snapped" at me & said "I should have brought it back or called immediately instead of waiting a day" I explained I had other commitments." He then said "you should've called us" at that point I called BS on him and said "your number isn't on your receipt and the name of the car wash isn't either." Honestly I never knew the name of this place, I just came here because I trusted them for more than a year. I was very nice until he gave me a very dismissive attitude. I told him you wasted my time, I had to drive back out here because your services were in adequate, I spend a lot of money here, been loyal and never had a situation like this happen and you treat me like I'm in the wrong??? This is the ONLY car wash place that I trust with my car. I am IN LOVE with their vacuum! The nozzle fits into every nuke and cranny such as in-between the seats and seatbelts, consul, everywhere. It is never crowded, and you don't have a time limit to use the vacuum. Most places shut off after 15 minutes or so but I have been here for an hour and 1/2 most times because of all the dog hair. The car wash itself has never scratched my car. As with any automatic car wash the brushes don't always reach everywhere, but for the most part this wash doesn't seem to miss much. The tire shine isn't too thick, nor sprayed on the sides of my car, and the rain-X works! Prices are great AND they offer a monthly deal as well. I don't live that close but always come here if I don't wash my car myself. Only place I trust to wash my car other than my own two hands. read more

This is my go to spot to shine up the cars. They offer free vacuums with a car wash, and it's a great deal. I take my time, clean out my car and get it vacuumed so it's good to go. After that I select my wash and I have a perfect car for about $15. Way better than getting it detailed. Sure I have to put in the vacuum work, but it's worth it. Pro tip: go on wacky wednesday and receive a few dollar discount compared to the regular prices. Great place for a quick wash of your car. read more

This is the WORST car wash that I have ever been to in my life! I paid $6 for a light wash today, & my car wasn't even that dirty. After I left, I noticed that there was a significant amount of dirt in the windshield, & I thought that was strange & figured that I would clean it when I got home. As I exited the car at my home, I noticed that there were cat paw prints on the hood, leaves still stuck to the windshield wipers, & mud all over the trunk lid & rear window. I called the location & was told that I was out if luck since I already exited the lot.Buyer beware! This place should be shut down! I used to come here 3X/week. read more

The person using the hand brush scratched our car in three places. They said that they use the softest brushes in the tunnel. The tunnel didn't scratch the car, the guy with the hand brush did. Express Car Wash will do nothing to rectify the problem. We were washing two cars at least twice a month there. We will NEVER go back. I went to this car wash for the 1st time today with my Ford Focus. I went into with my car in tact, and left without a antenna and the drivers side mirror was broken. Upon showing the attendant what happened he blamed my car for the incident. I now need a new mirror and antenna thanks to this place. I complained, asked for compensation as this car wash broke my car and the attendant (claiming he was the owner) refused and told me to never come back again. This guy was a total sleeze ball who has no clue what customer service is.
