I have a membership to Mister and this location is not my favorite but close to the office. There is nowhere to dry off and free vacuums are not offered. I also do not like the layout as it can get quite congested on busy days. read more

I've been a Titanium member for a while and also pay extra for interior cleaning. During my visit today, I asked staff to remove the branded membership sticker that had been attached to my windshield without my consent. I was told that if the sticker was removed, my membership would have to be canceled. I suggested several alternatives, including scanning the QR code in the Mister Car Wash app, manually looking up my account, or using my license plate. All were rejected by the manager. What surprised me most is that Mister Car Wash would rather lose a top-tier paying member than scan a QR code that already exists in its own app. The employees were polite, but this is a baffling customer service policy. Customers should be allowed to use the app they already carry in their pocket instead of being required to display a branded sticker on their vehicle. If you're considering a membership, be aware that keeping a branded windshield sticker appears to be mandatory. read more

When today (4/8/2026) to wash my wife's car - exterior only. Took the platinum version ( my choice cuz I wanted the undercarriage done). Guy at the checkout said it would be squeaky clean with a great shine. Bullsh*t! The machines are crap. After $29 I learned a lesson the hard way. Don't bother with these guys! read more

Even when I get the highest level $50+ wash I still have to monitor them to ensure everything is done, which it never is. Last time they didn't wipe off the front of the car, leaving it still covered with bugs from a trip up north. The drying crew just does a cursory job, which is not what you pay this kind of price for. read more

Quick easy. Memberships no longer include interior so that is an up charge but you can use your membership at any Mister car wash location. They do a good job and for some reason my car drives better when it is clean inside and out! read more

Very expensive and mediocre, which is not a good combination. Nearly $40 for a "basic" wash and a standard interior clean (windows and cloth mats). The exterior looked ok, but not much better than a less expensive drive-thru car wash. Plus, whatever cleaner or towels they used for interior windows were awful, as the windows ended up with "wipe smudges" all over and I had to clean them myself again the next day. I'm not a clean car snob. Just clean my car properly for a fair price. Very disappointed. read more

Frankly, I love this business and their business model of paid memberships for unlimited car washes. I grew up in So Cal where keeping a car brilliantly clean was easy and even expected if you wanted to be taken seriously in just about any aspect of life. Fast forward to me having a job that has me living in the upper midwest with its brutal binary seasons of blizzards or road repair and it is darn hard to keep a car clean. If the salt in the winter and tar in the summer doesn't make your car look like a 4 wheel embarrassment, then all of the smashed mosquitoes on the front during spring will pretty much ensure that you will drive a dump if you don't wash your car regularly. For $33/month, I get to go through the car wash an unlimited number of times and they have numerous locations around the metro so it is pretty easy to be near one a majority of the time. I have had some months where I have gotten it washed every other day, sometimes every day and that simply is a fantastic deal when you do the math on it. I also find that their wash technology is superior to any quickie gas station wash that I have been through in the local area so I think the cost outlay for the unlimited aspect of this is well worth it. (Disclosure: At the time of this writing, they just introduced a new technology addition to their Unlimited top Membership which supposedly adds another layer of protectant and shine as well as better underbody irrigation and corrosion protection and the cost is now about $39/month. It remains to be seen if this truly is more protective or not but I can say that the shine it gives your exterior painted surfaces is noticeably higher gloss so I think it is an improvement). I will admit that as a member, I do everything so I drive the car through and I wipe it off after if that is what I want done. At the Plymouth location, they have great self-serve vacuums so I do that too when needed. You can pay extra as a member and have them wipe it off for you or vacuum it or clean your floor mats if you so desire but I'm happy to do it myself. Finally, the staff at the Plymouth location are all friendly and seem very happy every time I go through there. Given all of that, I really can't have any complaints. It would cost me a lot more to use a gas station wash and it would not do nearly the same job so I am loyal to keeping my membership with Mister Car Wash. Minnesota winters suck and for sure without the 5-star combative effects of Mister Car Wash, I would be driving a dump on wheels. read more

I paid extra and a tip to have the inside of my car cleaned and they did a terrible job. I had to ask them to clean off the seats and they said that was extra and not included, and in the back of my SUV they would not vacuum the carpet back there! read more

I can't express how great this place is! They give you a quick thorough cleaning! They make sure to get you in and out so quick and I'm not sure how they get it so clean, so fast! The staff is always smiling and waving - they're super friendly! They have a few different packages but I always go here for interior and it comes with exterior. You can upgrade to have your floor mats shampooed and I always do, it's a really good price. They always get my dog hair too, which is fantastic! They wipe it all down inside too and leave it with a fresh scent. read more

I started hearing about Mister car wash when they brought one down into the Apple Valley area as that's where I used to live. I didn't know much about it all I know is people constantly raved about it and hyped it up tremendously. I only started going to and recommending the business after going several times with my partner for car washes/detailing and seeing the services they provide and how great of a job they do. Not to mention the fact that the lobby is big and has snack/drinks available for purchase and one of the times I went you could even get your shoes/boots shined. Talk about connivence. I've been recommending Mister Car Wash to all of my friends just because I love what they do and that for the price is very affordable. read more

They did a great job! This was my first time coming and even though it was close to closing they treated my car like everyone else's as a non member. I did interior and exterior and my car smelt brand new. This is a full detail service and not a self vacuum. If you have 15-20 minutes I highly recommend. I've been going here for years, and lately the service is hit or miss. Today, in preparation I cleared out a couple of things and put them in my hatch area so it would be easier for them to vacuum. After leaving I noticed two things: 1. A scuff that had previously not been on the passenger door. 2. It was evident that they never touched the hatch. Items were in the exact same location and dirt from a plant was still all over the back. Profoundly irritated that I tipped a generous amount up front (they ask for it) and they totally skip part of the package. They no longer ask for your receipt to get your car so you better keep a close eye on your car because anyone could take it. I currently cannot vacuum because I'm on chemotherapy, so will have to pay someone else to do the job that they skipped. I really feel like they stole my money. It only had one car because that car was having trouble paying. so....there I sat for a long time while a ton of other cars just went through. Today as an example I went to wash one of my cars, and paid the $10.00 interior cleaning up charge. When I went to get in the car after they "cleaned" the interior I noticed my all weather floor mats looked as if they were not even touched. Come to find out they are charging an extra $2.00 to clean and spray the mats. Well, what did the $10.00 just go towards? For $30 for an car wash I have much higher expectations than what Mister car wash did with my truck. I had to point out what needed to be vacuumed And then watch over their shoulder to make sure it was done. Empty door pockets and hatchback door jams were not vacuumed. After the wash I had to point out and ask for all the door jams to be washed. I was just passing through town but won't use them again! read more

My husband and I love the Mister Car Wash and have an unlimited wash pass, we always have great service & think as a business as a whole - it is a great place. However, at this location, the staff was incredibly rude, made faces at us because we just were unsure where to stop, then they refused to even speak to us or wipe our car down. The outside of my car was beautifully cleaned. The inside not so much even after TWO people cleaned it out. Quite honestly i was highly disappointed in the cleaning that my car received. The carpets weren't cleaned. As a matter of fact there were spot on thrm that weren't there when I took the car in. Underneath the mats was also not cleaned well. I will have to get down and do it myself which is not what I paid for. The cup holders were still dirty and my seats hadn't been vacuumed well. I definitely won't be back to this location. I'm from out of state traveling. I have an upgraded membership in Texas for unlimited washes, but we do t have full service stations. We have the car wash, and then free vacuums to do that yourself. When I pulled up, the nice man was able to find me in the system via my car tag but because I'm out of state, he wasn't able to find the rest.. rather than have this be an issue, he just let me go through for free. I was fully prepared to pay for the full service and be gone.. but this level of service deserves a comment and 5 stars! Thanks for taking care of your customers! read more

Went to the car wash to get my vehicle spic and span for clients I was picking up the morning of December 20th. I asked the best wash to wipe down the interior and they recommended the highest priced package. They were quick and efficient and initially I was pleased. Clients noticed syrup and a red sauce on the seats in the back. They cleaned the front interior but not the back interior . I was involved in an accident while in the car wash bay. The person behind me put their car in drive and hit our car causing over $2,000 in damage. The cars are put in line so close together that very little space is between the vehicles. The operator knew the guy behind us hit us because she stopped the conveyer and motioned for him to back up. Finding a manager to help us was extremely difficult. I was provided a nearly blank "incident report" and when I called numerous times and either having no one pick up the phone or several messages going unanswered I attempted to get in touch with a corporate team who was going to have someone reach out. They never did. I found an email address from another review asking if they could help me get in touch with someone. No luck. I was needing video footage as there was a need to take legal action and not one person ever reached out or responded to my requests. If they care this little about people, imagine what they are doing to your cars! read more
