Let's be clear: those two visits happened right after the charge went through. The facility was already in poor condition, and I drove away with dirty mats. The last time I was there, I cancelled immediately after attempting to clean my car and realizing their machines were not working. After that, I chose not to return -- and I still don't plan to return until November 27. Today is November 7. So they're keeping my money for services I'm not using, and that were not fully functional to begin with. They may call that policy. I call that a rip-off.

Upon entering the cash, as directed by the employees, she felt a bump on the driver's side bottom door area. Upon inspection the car had been damaged. A report was taken and witnessed by the employee. On 09/09/2026, we received a call back and Tidal Wave claimed that the damage was pre-existing and that it did not happen as my wife stated. I told him that the car was a week old, it's first car wash ever (in our possession) and that it did happen there. I added that the damage was minimal and could easily be buffed out but they denied fault, coverage or responsibility nonetheless. The historical and repetitive 1 star reviews from everyone else should be a clear indicator of this businesses' priorities, and customer care is certainly not one of them.
