I was looking for a 100% hand car wash place and came across Elite on Yelp :) ! I didn't want a drive-through machine car wash because i have heard stories of cars getting damaged or windshields getting broken. Today was my first time at Elite Hand Car Wash. I really needed my car washed because it was so dirty, and i hadn't gotten it cleaned for 1.5 months! I decided to take my car in on a Thursday morning so that I wouldn't have to deal with the crowds that come on the weekends, and so I can get in and out easily. There is a waiting area with patio chairs and a table under a tent. Or you can wait on the benches as well. I brought a book to read while I was waiting. Because I brought my car in early on a Thursday morning, I was able to get my car cleaned within an hour. For an exterior & interior wash, it was $30, which is very reasonable :) ! For an extra high gloss finish, it is an additional $5, which is still really decent :) ! The employees at Elite Car Wash superseded my expectations :D ! They worked hard and diligently to clean the inside and outside of my car, and really vacuumed the inside so well :D ! I was so happy to receive my car back, spotless and thoroughly clean :D ! I will definitely come back because of Elite's excellent customer service :D ! read more

If you really care for your car and how it looks hand washed is the best. Elite car does an awesome job inside and out. Staff is polite and plenty of chairs and tables while you wait. When they finish employees will ask do you like the job and did we miss anything. They really take pride in their work. Them: Oh BTW, it's gonna take 2 & 1/2 HOURS! WHAT! THE! HELL?!?!?! YOU SHOULD'VE WARNED US BEFORE YOU ASKED FOR PAYMENT!!! We stayed in the car to wait. Watching how one person takes 15 min just to spray the tires of the vehicle in front of us explained why it takes 2.5 hrs. Then when we finally got out of the car to go to the waiting area, we walked pass the other workers just sitting around chatting with each other, which further explained the long wait time. Geeeeezus!!!! They have only one person working on each car. Have y'all never heard the concept of teamwork?! We live out of town, went to El Paso to visit family and took my car to get a detailed wash, inside and out. They charged us $160, which is not a problem but, what they did was take ALL of my personal things out of the middle counsel and the glove compartment and put it in a bag, without our consent! As we are driving back home, we check the bag so that we can put things back and we are missing ALL of our vehicle paperwork ( registration, insurance card, the vehicle book, etc...), including some personal things Have been calling the place for two weeks and NO ONE answers the phone. I've called the El Paso Police Department to make a report. Do not take your vehicle to then and ask for a detailed wash because they will go through your things and I guess keep some for whatever reason. read more

If you drive a nice vehicle beware with taking your vehicle to this place.....My Son took his 2022 Ram Dually on March 4th to get washed. When we went to get the truck back at 4pm we were informed that one of the employees ran into my sons truck with another customers vehicle. We were assured that our vehicle would be fixed ( Dora Romero the owner wanted us to take the truck to her body shop on north loop road) She refused for weeks to give us her insurance information so that we could take the truck in for repairs at the body shop of our choice. With a little research we were able to get her insurance information (State Farm Insurance and Sandra Rios is the Agent). DO NOT do business with shady businesses or Shady People. I will never take any vehicle I own to them and I will tell others of our experience at Elite Car Wash. The Damages to my Sons Truck were 6100.00 Dollars in Repairs.... read more

So went for a wash and there's a deep scratch on the door handle. Called and told them about the situation and they told me to go in. The vehicle is a 22 brand new garage kept park far away all the good stuff to keep it nice. Last place you would hope for damage is the car wash. I've been going here for many years and have taken many vehicles and recommend to family and friends. That day ends today and will be strongly discouraging going to this establishment. So wasted time and gas going down there just to be told the run around. The manager spoke to the owner and the owner said they are not responsible. What a shocker. I've been here several times now and each time I leave pleased. I try to come here about once a month to take care of my girl, and get a hand wax about every three months or so. I always get here early, always before eleven, as it can get busy. Service is quick, employees polite, and the waiting area is cozy. They've got tables outside under a canopy for shade and a smaller waiting room inside. They've got a coffee machine, restroom, and a television. There isn't a whole lot around the area so you'll most likely end up waiting on site. Pricing is reasonable. Sure you can go wash your car at splash n dash or whatever for cheaper, but you don't get the personal touch like you do here. After they're all done, they ask you to check your car to make sure you're satisfied before you drive off. I will gladly keep coming back. read more

I have tried a few car wash places here in El Paso, I will definetly say Elite Hand Car Wash is my #1 choice. The price is decent, $25 for Interior & Exterior, but they do a good job. I had stains on the dash from coffee, wheels were dirty, etc. They got it all off :) The wait did take a while, about 40 minutes, so come prepared in the heat. They have a waiting inside room but it's pretty small, I needed to use the restroom and I will say I wasn't hoping for much but was very very happy with how clean it was! Fast and convenient. Paid $30 to get my dirty SUV cleaned, and didn't recognize my car once they were done! Looked great on the outside. BUT make sure to check the back seats - especially if you have a third row because they didn't even touch it! Glad I checked and let them know before I left, because we had a bunch of spilled popcorn that wasn't cleaned up. If I hadn't looked, the floor covers and the back seats wouldn't have been cleaned at all! I would try their service again but at least I know now to check out the car before I leave. read more

two different visit first one I got a whole detail even the motor got clean and seats and floors shampoo and the where supposed to hand wax the car and the front hood got all this deep scratches it looks like they use some type of tool... then today I went again brush off the last visit and just keep it positive but happen this people screw my car again I ask for the interior and outside to be clean and I skip the wax so the hole scratching won't happen again and add the headlights restorations and this mtfkrs did it again buff the paint around the headlights or whatever the did but and scratch the pain and took off some of it... the son of the lady own from this shop or whatever he is, he said said to me to do whatever I want to do, but theirs nothing he can do other than give me his moms phone number which he didn't do so for me todo whatever I want that wasn't nothing for him to do about it... read more

I took both my vehicles to Elite car wash at 11am on a Sunday, the 9th of April 2017. I spent around $140 on both vehicles to be cleaned inside and out, and was extremely dissatisfied, and wish I could go lower than one star. The first vehicle was started at 1PM, and I didn't get it back until 3:30 PM. I opened the drivers door, and asked if they vacuumed inside the vehicle. I already knew the answer, because when carpet is vacuumed, there are lines left. There were no vacuum lines, but there was plenty of hair and sand. The service member informed me that I didn't order the "pet hair" removal service, and if I wanted it done, I would have to pay for that service. Another $10.00. First of all, I was lied to, and then told I was in the wrong for not requesting pet removal. That is horrible customer service. After all was said and done, there was still pet hair in my vehicle. When I ask them about it again, three of the workers acted like they don't speak English and walk away looking at their watches. On top of the pet removal fiasco, I had to pay extra for armor-all treatment on leather seats in my wife's BMW, which was basically sprayed on, and then wiped off, all while the dirt was left in the cracks of the leather seats. There was residue from wax left along the base boards of my truck, gas and brake pedals had dirt left on them on both vehicles when they were returned, and there were hand prints on the outside of my truck where It was previously waxed. Windows were wiped down, however the windows were never rolled down to complete cleaning the top edge of the window. More work for me when I get home... The area where the seats were mounted to the car also still had dirt and mud left behind. The bed of my truck was never touched. While waiting for my vehicle, I could smell marijuana being smoked in the wash bay behind me, and the workers didn't hesitate to walk around spitting on the ground in front of customers. I will not be using this establishment ever again, and will warn everyone I know. read more

I took my truck in to wash both interior and exterior and they left my truck still dirty, so they washed it a second time and left it decent but the back of the truck was still dirty but they put a bunch of oil in the back to cover up the dirt. I was very disappointed because I paid for the most expensive package they had all for them to leave my truck the way it was. read more

Needed to get my jeep cleaned up after a week of trailing. Very dusty from the trail and lots of debris to be cleaned up. They vacuumed it and took it to be washed. So I've gone here before and had great service today I go here and have a $125 wash wax inside detail and everything looks great they do a good job. I start going down the road and notice that some quarters are missing from my center console then I look in my door and all my quarters and dimes are missing. Knowing what was in the door as I had just put the money in there this morning start thing why would these guys steal change I just paid a lot of money for them to work on my car. As I don't like to start problems I am just gonna live with the $10 or so I lost and now I will not return as a customer before no that I left a tip I believe that stealing from a customer should not happen. read more

Had a great car wash done. I brought in my Mercedes, and they did a really good job. MY car is white, so I'm sure it's easier to clean. The windows, the car, the interior was all great. The guys were really helpful too. The carpet wasn't cleaned though, which I guess is the only reason I'd give them 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe they just forgot?
