I purchased a gorgeous 2007 Lincoln Town Car and have always been nervous about taking it through a carwash, but my underside recently got coated in clay so I made the choice to come and ask about the carwash here. An unfortunate sign of the times. Large chains are certainly better at making money, but are typically awful at providing better goods and services. It's become more and more difficult to find a truly great car wash in the GR area. Many of the smaller independents had a great product, but clearly were not as good as turning a profit as Mister. Back when this place was Cascade Car Wash, it was great. The cleaning was more thorough and they provided a large cloth to clean your dash. Now, as in every other case where Mister has metastasized, the work quality and the service have taken a huge nosedive. Mister offers a plan where you get unlimited washes each month for a set monthly fee. This location only offers exterior washes. Also, it's busy. I mean REALLY busy. They have each car enter the wash almost on top of the other. If you live close by and plan to come a few times per week, it might be worth it - but once the weather is consistently above freezing, the coin-op washes give it a serious run for the money. This location is the worst!!! Car is never clean. Tire shine is always out. Here is a piece of business advice. Instead of paying 4 dildos that are just standing around waving to you 5 times, jaw jacking together , put them in the tunnel to spray off vehicles, tires and rims . They are conveniently located around the area and I like The idea of their subscription model. I have to manually wash the back of my vehicles as their attendants do not do any prewash (brush) on your car. They squirt some water on it and run your vehicle through. We have multiple vehicles on their subscription and none of them get clean on the rear surfaces (rear window, tailgate or lift gates). I don't have this issue with the other washes I've used around town because the attendant tends to it prior to pushing you through the tunnel. Now that Mister Carwash has bought up so many locations in town it's harder to find a wash. Plus I have an issue with paying for a carwash at another brand when I am paying for Mister Carwash to keep my vehicles clean. Antenna base on my 2018 SuperDuty was broken in the wash at Cascade and Old 28th. I know they claim no responsibility for anything that happens to your vehicle I. Their wash, but c'mon folks. Front grill and tailgate look like they've never been washed. I'm sure it doesn't fit their price mode but use a brush before running me through the wash 18" behind another vehicle. read more

We have the unlimited plan. When I have to go through the wash 4 times right in a row try to get my vehicle clean it's clear I'm wasting my money there. Having to go home & clean all the bugs off the hood/grille & windshield, then buff the white water spots off the hood says this place is a waste of time & money. They haphazardly clean your interior not worth paying for the extra just stick to the car wash

I was there 2-3 weeks ago for a wash and the back of my car was not remotely cleaned. I went back today for a wash and mentioned this. The person working the pay station said he would make sure it was cleaned better this time. I went thru the wash, then parked near by to check their work. The back of the car was dirty still. I drove back over to show them. They ran me thru again. I pulled over to a nearby parking lot again and checked. Back of the car still dirty. The young man with the sprayer only seems capable of spraying the left side of the car. Ever since Mister Carwash took over this location, the quality has been reduced greatly. At nearly double the old price, the Mister Car Wash delivers less service. The attendant didn't bother to spray my wheel wells, which was always provided when this was Cascade Car Wash. After the wash, the mirrors and rear of my car remained dirty. They don't even offer the complementary interior wipes with each wash anymore! Penny pinching on service and quality is not acceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I love the wheel wash at this car wash! It is the best in town, however the back of my vehicle comes out dirty every time! I have even asked to have them scrub it good because I do not want to go through twice. Still doesn't do the job. Ready to find a new car wash??? read more

All I can say is wow! I've been through a lot of carwashes for work, but this is by far one of the nicest ones I've been through. I especially liked receiving a large cleaning cloth to wipe down my dashboard upon entering the wash. This is a perfect example of how car washes are done right! read more

I really miss Cascade Car Wash! Always left there with a clean dry car. Not the case with Mister. The back of my car is always dirty and wet with water spots. Mister staff said they were working on their dryers, but it has yet to be resolved. Wish there were other options other than Mister Car Wash in our area. Really need to fix this issue or reduce cost of washes. Not getting what we pay for. read more

For a dusty car OK. Other Then that they do a poor job. I went in with bugs on the front and windshield. I asked for them power wash prior to going on the line. I was told they don't do that! Won't go back. Went down the street to a different car wash. Same money and a great job. read more

Great wash service- guys are always very nice and they do a great job getting the road scum off tires, etc by taking a little extra time with the power washer. Price is right too! read more

I would not recommend this car wash to ANYONE. I went through the car wash a few days ago with a newborn and two toddlers in the car. Something happened at the end of the car wash and a huge SUV blocked the exit. The track kept moving and caused a 5 car pileup inside of the car wash. I was slammed into the car in front of me and was also hit from behind. No employees noticed this was happening. I was terrified, my 3 kids were screaming and crying in the backseat. I truly thought we were going to get crushed. When the car blocking the exit finally moved they sped off. The rest of the cars in the pileup got out to inspect the damage. Again no employees came to help. I called their phone several times and no one answered. I had to get back in the car wash line to find an employee to help. They took pictures of the damage and said a manager would call me the next day. They then expected me to go back through the car wash to exit. I refused to go back through and retraumatize my kids and they had to redirect traffic so I could go out the entrance. The manager called and left a voicemail yesterday telling me I needed to contact my insurance to pay for damages and that was all they said. No apology or anything. I called back and no one answered or has called me back. The situation was absolutely terrifying and the lack of response by the car wash is absolutely insane. I will be canceling my monthly plan and will tell everyone I know not to go here. read more

I have been going to this location for years when it was Cascade car wash. Now that it has changed to mister car wash it has went downhill. The customer service and the quality of the carwash is awful. I have 4 vehicles that I would take through the wash at least once a week if not twice. The car wash is horribly designed. It doesn't even get the whole vehicle clean. I called today after taking my truck through which didn't even looked lime it was washed. All the manger said was should I cancel your unlimited passes. I did cancel and that will be the last time I use that carwash. As a business owner quality should be way more important than quantity. I would not recommend this carwash. read more

Easy in and out, got their system down. These folks are quick and the have their system down. Their signs clearly communicate the level of washes. They take credit cards and are always friendly. You can enter off of Cascade or old 28th and it feeds into the same line. The was is clean and looks like the change out the brushes on a regular basis. read more

I will never go back to the Mister Car wash in Cascade Mi. It was a great car wash when it was Cascade Car Wash. As soon as "Mister" bought it last year, the quality went WAY down. They stack you so tight that you barely can get your car in gear at end or the car behind will hit you. The employees are rude. The quality of the wash is mediocre. The back of the car NEVER gets clean. read more

I'm really disappointed in the change to Mister Carwash. The line to pay is stupid long now that they put in the pay stations. I've waited 10 minutes a couple times now. Another thing is cascade used to go a really good job of is spraying cars down first. Now they barely spray at all and the back of my truck always comes out dirty. They also don't give wipes like cascade and my truck doesn't come out as dry as it used to since they put new equipment in. read more
