I have never been to the Mister Car Wash here but back home I have. Best drive thru clean my car has ever had. We had just finished driving for 9 hours. There were dried bugs and everything thing else on my car. When we came out of that car wash my car was sparkling! I have a subscription to Today's Car Wash but my car never gets clean like that. It also helps that the pre-washers actually spray the grills to get bugs off. I did not know about Mister car wash until that day. I'm really thinking of switching if this one is anything like the one I got to experience back home. Oh! And it was only like $26 I believe for the titanium wash (results were unbelievable!). I wanted clean, always hope for sparkling...from past experiences I never really expected too much but Mister Car Wash delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Even the hubby was impressed and he won't go to drive thru car washes bc he always has to finish the job anyway, especially on the grill. Oh! And your car doesn't come out dripping because there dryer at the end also has a huge towel that dries you off. I'm trying this one very soon! I would definitely recommend you try it out. He finally gave up but now started to tell me how much better it would be to get a membership. I don't think he could have read my expression as being happy yet he asked me for a tip. Love getting my car washed but this location some of the wash are broken and short. Open late and they did over charge my account and it took days to get it corrected. But I have to say it was credited and they gave me a month free. My car has to go thru 2x to get it cleaned. But it is ok.since I have unlimited. read more

Best Car wash chain I have been to. I really recommend getting the monthly membership. The membership saves you $ in the long run and provides unlimited car washes, which comes in handy with the unpredictable weather. The Mister Car wash also provides free vacumes. Pls always check your car after it is washed, it just happened to my sedan 10 minutes ago, the machine broke my rear spoiler. I have to stop and tell them go inside and pick up my part. No employee said anything about the accident such as how to fix my issue. So bad experience today after 2 years I have used their service. read more

We sold one of our cars and accidentally deactivated the wrong vehicle from the monthly subscription. Not only did they give us quick service but they were super nice and helpful as well. In fact they removed the sticky residue from our windshield we had to have replaced. Good folk and their vacuums are mostly always in great repair! They offer a great deal which is cheap $19 per month considering how often we wash our car. read more

I've been here a few times and it's one of the better locations. The first time that I tried them was about a week ago. I signed up as an Unlimited Member in a different district. Good thing I recently got my membership and had my receipt with me. It was explained that I would need to get a membership in this district to avoid delays in the future. It makes sense, but it would be nice if corporate had a system where all locations can acknowledge each other's tags. Anyway, this location has really cool and laid back workers who want to make your day better. They seem very happy to work there and know their job. Ever since my initial visit, access has been much more easy. Since I had mentioned "too much soap residue", it's been washing off much better. The tire shine could use a little bit more sparkle and the dryers some more application. My auto comes out clean and this surprises me, because I think because I am a member that it wouldn't be so. It rained today after the wash of course! But at least the water beaded up nicely with the wax, and the car still looked clean. This is a small location with potential. I will come back again if situations arise and I'm nearby. I hope you like this place. read more

I have had Mister Car Wash for almost 4 years. Mister Car Wash has a wash club that is convenient, but the service for that wash club is not up to par. I personally have had my sticker on my car deactivated 3 times, I have made the payment due to it being automatically taken out of my account every time and they keep saying I didn't make my payment ALL 3 TIMES!!!!! I am tired of going back and forth all the time with them, when there are other companies that have cheaper car washes. I was paying ( come to find out) 37.99, which I was supposed to pay 34.99, but I will look elsewhere and find one possibly 10.00 cheaper, hence Patriot Car Wash stares at me on the way to Mister Car Wash, or Today Car Wash as well. The new system they put in has caused whip like marks to my metallic blue BMW paint and my hood wasn't clean after I had just came out the car wash, so be aware please! I spoke with the regional manager Kirk and he said it was not their fault. I've been a member with them for years but now I must take my business somewhere else that doesn't damage my car. read more

I typically don't leave reviews but Cory was so kind and helpful I just had to leave a review! I came in hopes of getting the inside of my car cleaned, he told me unfortunately this location didn't offer interior washes but had self-served vacuums and informed me that they have interior services at the location in Round Rock. I decided my exterior needed to be washed and my car was well over-due for a vacuuming. As I was cleaning, I went to the floor mat cleaner machine that is outside and saw that plastic mats were restricted (of course I had plastic mats) from putting in the machine and Cory offered to wash them for me! Although no interior wash, I got the job done and my car is shiny and dirt free! He's incredibly attentive, kind, and has great spirit, give him a raise Mister Car Wash! read more

Not too happy with this place. First thing I asked was if they do touchless washes. I was told yes, so went ahead and got a monthly membership. The attendant went and told another employee to make my wash touchless. Sure enough, it was not. Checked around the car, and there were several scratches and swirl marks on my 50k car. If you have a nice car or care about your paint, I'd avoid this place at all costs. read more

The guy that was working the sprayer when u pull it, their supposed to spray your car all over with the soup ... he did the car in front of me .. but when i pulled up, he just directed me into the barn, no soup at all. A few seconds in, I hear a loud snap and scratching, half way in .. I noticed my radio antenna was gone, I went and vacuumed my car ... didn't pay any attention to my antenna because I've been looking for another one anyways. I pull up to H-E-B in Killeen and go look over at where it was, the thing broke off inside of it. So I called the car wash barn and asked to talk to the manager, the girl told me to call back tomorrow .. so I told her what happened and she told me she doesn't know what to do but to tell me to go to a dealer ... are u kidding me?! read more

My car was still dirty, not worth the expense. There are other places that are cheaper and clean better. I had soap stains on my car and the back of my SUV didn't even look touched. I guess the only positive was the "bug spray" (I could do the same as a gas station window wash) and some free vacuums for my cracker crumb monster in the back seat. read more

My husband and I come to this location quite frequently. It's the best valued car wash I've ever had. I always come during the early bird special, and even am satisfied with the cheapest wash. My car is old. So I don't splurge on the fancier washes, but for my husband's car we usually get the $6 wash plus bug spray. One time I selected the bug spray, and I guess the order of cars got messed up so the attendant didn't spray my car. I rolled down my window and showed the receipt. He said, "No problem. Go on through this time then come back around. I'll make sure to do the bug wash and you can come through again." It wasn't crowded so I was out quickly! Everyone there is very nice. I plan on trying the Veterans Memorial location soon for the detailing services. read more

I won't take my car anywhere else. Their wash gets my car CLEAN, even the cheapest one. No other wash around here can do that. They have free vacuums, too, which is a plus! They have raised their prices a bit but it is still worth it, imo. read more

Extremely upset! Joined for the 12.99 a month deal! Lost my debit card! Went to wash my truck and of course because the card was cancelled was told to come back when I received my new card and I would be fine my monthly would still be honored! Totally did not think about the card issue! Went back three days later! Now they can't honor it because new owners! What about loyal customers!!! Let me tell you a story about a company that cares nothing about their customers. I bought a brand new car in late August; and very quickly bought a fast pass with these people. Understandably, I wanted to keep my new car clean. In about the second week of September, I went to the car wash toward the end of my day to get my car washed. When I arrived at home I noticed that there was a long scratch with short ones next to it that were coming off in the same general direction. This is quite obviously consistent of the big mop things going on and off the car. When I called them to let them know the first thing in the morning; they told me I would need to come in and file a incident report. I arrived later that day, and the manager tried to avoid me. I dealt with an employee that told me they need 72 hours to do their investigation. I waited through the weekend. After one week had passed I called them. I was told by the head manager Dave, that he reviewed the video. He stated that there was no scratch upon entering the car wash, but he could not see where the scratch happened while in the tunnel. Really, Dave?! Ever heard of the power of deduction. Anyways, he told me that I need to contact my insurance company to deal with it. So the car wash is not going to take responsibility for what is most obviously their fault. So the short version is; I have to pay my deductible to get my brand new car fixed. My only crime was thinking that they were a descent company. I have since cancelled my service; which wasn't that good to begin with. By the way Car Wash Barn, Yelp is not the only place that I will be spreading the word of your deplorable service! read more

After canceling my service on both of my cars, I was charged for one and not the other (a full month after my service ended). It has been a nightmare attempting to receive my money from them. I've spoke with both "managers", Jorge and Marcus, with no success. Both would say they are resolving the problem and would promptly return my call. Almost a month later and NO follow up calls (I've had to call them), they still have my money. I even have went so far as to ask Jorge to have the owner (Curtis) call me (if they didn't return my calls, why would the owner, right?). So, purchaser of an unlimited car wash plan, beware! I will have to take them to small claims court to receive my money; since I am unable to get it voluntarily. Again, buyer/purchaser beware! read more

This place washes your vehicle better than an average automatic car wash place :-) Though your antenna is in danger, but that goes for all automatic car wash places too. Plus, you get to use the vacuums after you have you car sparkling and that is a plus for sure. read more

Just like everyone else says, the cheapest option from here to wash is far better than the most expensive options at other businesses like Laserwash. There is no comparison, my truck's paint looked brand now after it was all said and done with just six bucks. Free vacuuming, booya! read more

This review is not based on the actual carwash/vacuum experience. It is based on canceling my membership. I called in to cancel mine and my husbands memberships at the same time due to the price going up, and us not using the services that often. The lady I spoke with (cant remember her name) told me that both memberships were scheduled to be canceled, but we had to ride out a month since I didn't call in time to get since that fee. Fine by me. The time goes by, and they charge our account another months fee. I call them back, and spoke to a different lady who was very nice (still did not get her name), that told me she was going to have it canceled and send out an email to their corporate (I'm assuming) office to ask for a refund. I waited a week, and did not here from anyone. Called again, and spoke to David at this location. He was so nice, and so helpful! He looked into the problem, and come to find out, one of the memberships was never canceled. Go figure! He then sends out an email...which by the way....he said that he didn't see another email that was sent out to begin with. Really?! Within 4-5 hours after him sending this email, he called me and tells me that they have not gotten back to him yet. Ok cool. I ask him to call me back in the morning, and let me know what was going on. Guess what? He did! They emailed him back, and refunded my account the next day! Even though this is a bit of a long story, I just want to thank David for his willingness to help. He had great customer service skills! I will continue to go to their carwash establishments, but I just don't need the memberships. read more
