Service is good, quality is just OK, value is great. The spot free rinse is a no go.

So the general manger's name is Rafael if he refuses to give it to you like he did to me. I paid $23.85, went through the wash and my SUV came out dirty ...enough to write your name in the filth. Asked to go thru again or for a refund...he just kept saying " you're wrong you're wrong you're wrong"...@ me. When I said WTF is your problem?... he threatened to call the cops on me, he did call the cops on me So I had to back out of the line. This is the male version of a KAREN named Rafael BTW. I pay you for a clean car I should get a clean car. Fortunately the head office refunded my money that very day and the general manager will be getting a review .....and by the reviews on Yelp....I'd say he has some explaining to do .... because I you have 1.5 stars of of 18 reviews, you're doing something wrong Rafael. read more

Paid for the Titanium (best) car wash. First time through the right side brush did not clean dust from the right side fenders. Pointing this out, I was allowed to go through a second time where the attendant used a hand wand sprayer on the right side. The car came out a bit better, but still dirt remained. I'm assuming there is something wrong with the right side brushes not extending far enough to clean properly. I've used this type of mechanical car wash at other locations and cities for years, but never experienced this problem. read more

I purchased the #1 carwash for $18 on 1/22/2023......what a joke! They didnt spray my car before entering the car wash, the wash didnt get all the dirt off and my car wasnt that dirty to begin with. Seems to never clean the back end of the car. My tires didnt get a tire shine at all, they were dull as could be when I came out of the wash. The vacuum suction was terrible and wouldnt even pick up the little bit of dirt on my floors. Then to top it off they always ask you to leave a tip for their team, for what? It is not like they are doing anything, didnt even pre-spray my car. I can select my own wash and insert my debit card, I dont need someone to stand out there and do it for me. I am all about tipping serves personnel for their service but not at a carwash were they aren't doing anything. This car wash is a waste of money. read more

And I got the platinum car wash $22 and it doesn't include any air freshener or a chamois towel so your vehicle has spots afterwards! I had to run the vehicle twice and it still looked like A hot mess- This is extremely bad value if you don't come prepared..! Zero stars. This is no Daddy O's. High dollar and poor wash job. Why this business can't hire people to scrub the front and back ends of vehicles or the windshield before going through a high dollar car wash, thats tantamount to going to a gas station car wash, is just a poor business model. They don't even have people to dry the vehicle or shine tires for their outrageous Premium wash price (Eye roll). You'll be happier doing it yourself or hiring a good privately owned detail shop in town. These locations in Cruces are fine if you're not into quality customer service and don't mind paying for it. Save yourself 20 bucks plus the effort and get the grandkids to wash your vehicle and pay them instead of Mister. They just might do a lot better job. read more

I went this evening after work to wash my vehicle due to birds having a little too much excitement on it. The car wash attendant was nice as she could be. When pulling into the car wash itself the young gentleman just literally tapped the car with soap and the long brush without even brushing. I finished the wash and as I was drying noticed the bird crap didn't come off. Mind you I always go to Misters (during the day) and the day staff are more understanding and nicer than the evening staff. I asked the young lady if there were a way to run through the car wash again and she was hesitant. She told me, "I can get you a rag to clean it", okay sure. read more

I am an elderly woman, and I just got my car washed at Mister car wash in Las Cruces New Mexico. I'm trying to get it ready for the dealership and a trade-in. I brought it home and it is still dirty. It is barely cleaner than when I took it in. The bugs on the front end survived the wash. I paid $26 for the top-of-the-line wash and a five dollar tip, and I am very disappointed and somewhat angry. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I should be given a refund, but I don't have time to address the issue nor do I think they will do anything about it, considering the service that they provide!! read more

Wondering if anyone else having issues with damage to the clear coat, the lower part of the front fenders where the cleaning rollers first hit the car, I've notice almost every time when entering the rollers hits hard and bounces away, I've been using Mister Car wash for almost a year before that it was always washed by hand, I have filed a report waiting to hear back. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to! The first time I went through it didn't wash the window and the back was dirty and it left a Milky residue over the entire car. I went through a second time right away and it left a Milky residue on my car again it's a shame when you have to go home and rewash your car because they made it worse than it was when you went in. read more

It's not a hand wash or a full service detail place so what you get is the dirt removed. Living in the desert means lots of dirt so I like having a place i can pull through quickly and be on my way. If I ever buy a Lamborghini I may find a better place to get it washed. read more

Awful car wash. I paid for the most expensive service and even tipped. It basically cleaned some dirt but moved the rest down the back and front. Left spots and blue streaks all over the finish. I was in a hurry so didn't get out to look. Never again will I use this company! read more

I have tried several cards at this location (3 to be exact) and the card reader never works. I have zero issues with my cards literally anywhere else. The employees are terribly unhelpful when this happens and offer no useful solutions. I'm not sure why I even keep trying to go here. I definitely won't anymore. read more

I was looking for a full service car wash while in town an this was all I could find, far from a full service car wash. For $20 I was expecting much more than a drive through wash that you then had to buy your own paper dry towels. The vacuums were useless as the hoses would not stay on and the staff was more interested in chatting with friends than helping customers. This is the worst Mister Car Wash I have come across in the Southwest. read more
