Went to jiffy lube on north main yesterday January 18. While we were inside eating popcorn, the techs were working on my vehicle. Or that's what I thought. One of them came in and showed me a filthy air filter. He can replace for $49. I said no . Turnsout they are less than $20 at Walmart. I understand you have to make a profit bu t what really upset me was the filthy filter he showed me wasn't mine. My filter is cylinder shape, the one he showed me was flat. So when I checked my oil level, turns out they didn't change my oil.. It was still dirty!! I used to use these guys alot. Never again! FIRED!!! read more

I've always been told to beware of Jiffy Lube but when I got my new 10 foot tall campervan, my regular mechanic couldn't get it into his shop. Found out that Jiffy Lube does a good, quick job without having to make an appointment weeks in advance. Checks and adds when necessary all kinds of fluids and air, is available almost everywhere since I use my campervan for travelling. And will even help me reset my van's computer when the Jiffy Lube in the next state forgot to, even when they were not the ones who changed my oil. I'm now a loyal customer. read more

Crooks. I took my van in to get an O2 sensor replaced. They replaced the wrong O2 sensor. Took my van back in, they noticed the mistake. But instead of making it right free of charge, they wanted to charge me for a SECOND O2 sensor and labor. Talked to the manager AND the district manager; they both told me to kick rocks. I filed a complaint with corporate. We'll see what happens. Been giving Jiffy Lube my business for 20 years. Never again. read more

I took my car in for an oil change about two months ago and this was my first ever trip to a Jiffy Lube. The clerk inside didn't tell me much about their procedures even after I said I had never been to one of these places before. When my car finally got into the bay, the techs were pulling all sorts of stuff out of my car and fiddling with the tires. I wasn't expecting any of this since none of this had anything to do with an oil change so I kept asking them what they were doing. When they said "standard procedure" I asked them to stop and explain what was going on. They said they offered complementary services on filling the tires with air to recommended specs, cleaning out the cabin filters, and vacuuming up any debris in the car if necessary, among other things. I honestly thought I was going to be charged extra because the clerk didn't tell me anything about this and I must have sounded like a jerk for questioning them on things they probably did a hundred times a day. But at no point did any of the techs ask me if they could proceed with these complementary services or even acknowledge me for that matter because I was standing right there the whole time. But that's not why this is a 1-star review. I went to my regular service center recently to have some maintenance done on my car and I mentioned a leak I've noticed for a few weeks now. After an inspection, I was told that my oil filter was not secured properly and the cap was loose to the point that it was about to fall off. The leak was draining oil and my engine holds about 4 quarts but it had less than 3 in it. So for the past two months my car has been leaking oil and I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't parked on a slope one day and saw a trail of fluid going down the street. I've learned my lesson. Take my car to people who specialize in certain cars and not some quick-stop operation that works on anything with an engine. read more

I needed to take my daughter's car in for an oil change. We changed to synthetic, which they let me know upfront would be more. They were nice, respectful, and did a good job with everything, especially vacuuming out my daughters dirty car. They also let me know that my daughter could use any Jiffy Lube and they would have her information, since we are from out of state. She now has a place we trust for her to take her car. read more

This place loves to upsell everything to the point it's pushy and annoying. And if you have a fleet vehicle, they act like it's a blank check, so don't get mad when I say no!!! read more

I have been two two jipsy lubes in my life and both times they did a lousy job servicing my car.. i am going on a trip tomorrow and was desperate to get my 4x4 FJ cruiser lubed an oil changed. i went in and specifically told them i wanted the grease fittings on the drive shaft greased.. when i paid for the poor service i again asked if they got all the grease fittings and was told. "yes we got all 5" and they even put that on the invoice.. I looked under the vehicle when i got home and there is fitting that was not even touched. no grease on it and the caked dirt is still on the fitting which is indicative of one that was not greased.. i guess the fact that there are actually 6 grease fitting might be important in this discussion. SO they did maybe 4, told me there were 5 but there is actually 6.. Take you car some place else if you value it read more

Took my car in to the Lohman location(Las Cruces) for a simple oil change that was 49.99 and shortly after i left from there my car started over heating to later find out that there's a hole in my radiator... I have had my car 3 years and no major issues and all of a sudden this, something isn't right and I feel they're responsible for this and the manager was extremely rude and lied about the situation and said they could repair it for an additional charge. No thanks i'd rather go somewhere honest and somewhere with better customer service!! read more

Needed our transmission fluid change along with the filter. Someone suggested we go here. Also we noticed a noise with the calipers, so we had them check the brakes. These guys are super!!! They showed us what was wrong and we are glad they did. You could see the hairline cracks in the rotors. While we were waiting for the work to be completed. We had a chance to talk to a few of their regular customers who have been coming here for years. They said these guys have always taken really good care of their vehicles. That's why they've been coming to this station. I really suggest using these guys if you need a good place to go. They really take good care of you. read more
