I have a Cadillac Lyriq and have had to replace the windshield due to rock damage. I had an ExoShield installed to protect the windshield. When I went to the location on Rinconada I was told I didn't need to attach the barcode label that is used for a subscription to the windshield. Today I went to get my car washed and I was stopped by the attendants and told they wanted my sticker as it had to be affixed to the windshield. Wanted to know who the attendant was that sold it to me, couldn't remember who it was, and then canceled my subscription. She then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to wash my car today, told her, "not any more" and left. read more

it's pricey for what you get. I used the one on Northrise today. there's a glaring safety issue at this location. the vacuum area has trash cans that can only be accessed by stepping up on a curb and then an on uneven rock surface. For the elderly and balanced challenged this is an accident waiting to happen. I plan on reporting this to the city In hopes it will be corrected. read more

I've had problems with this Mister Car Wash in the past. Today was last straw. Pre-paid $29 for Titanium Wash Service. The pay attendant couldn't pre-apply bug removal solution (sprayer didn't work). The washhouse entry attendant walked away before applying bug removal solution. The main automated overhead rotating brush was inoperative. The rinse solution sprayed solution in the wrong direction. The Titanium clear coat foam only partially covered the vehicle. The exit dryer worked. Vehicle left washhouse dirty with a visible streaks of dust, grime and bugs. The finishing stall airgun compressor didn't work. Manager had a bad attitude about refunding purchase price and wanted to "run the vehicle through again ... attendant would powerwash". Overall, I won't be using Mister Car Wash again. read more

I had been on the road from Albuquerque and needed to get the bugs off the windshield. Stopped and there was a line to get vehicle washed. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, once out of the car wash all the bays were full so I could not vacuum or dry the windows. There was also no place to wait for a bay to come open so I had to drive away with wet windows and dirty inside. It really was not worth the money since I was unable to use the full service. read more

I'm an elderly woman, went to have my car washed to take it to a dealership for trade in. I paid $26.00 plus a $5 tip. I returned home and it is only slightly cleaner. I bought the wash that was top of the line and it is still dirty. The front end is still covered with bugs. I am VERY disappointed. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend it!! Went to Mister on North Main and the attendant recommended a 20 dollar platinum wash. I went through the car wash and an attendant sprayed something on the vehicle and I went through the wash with all the "Platinum " perks and I came through the wash and vacuumed the vehicle. After I left the car wash I looked at the wash job I just paid 20 dollars for and it was a shit wash job. There's no way in hell I'm paying any amount of money to these Misters ever again. I guess you need to pay attention to reviews because they are right! My Car wash for $9.75 (Basic) plus $2 tip and my car has soap spots all over. I'm going to have to go over it. For that kind of money, make sure your car wash works good. They used to have staff of guys wipe down the car coming out but not anymore. Never going back here. read more

Today! I went to this car wash location on main st and I was shocked that it costs $10.82 for a bottom of the line or basic car wash. I'm originally from California and never paid more then $8 at any basic car wash there. Not sure why they are charging $2 + more for the basic. Went to use the vacuum and the suction is only adequate. Not much suction to pickup sand etc. either there vacuum system is full or just not working very well. The wash did a decent job on my car. The employee was nice but when I confronted him about the cost of the basic car wash. He told me that they raise the rates not to long ago. I can see California charging $10 + more for basic car wash but not Las Cruces.. so be aware! read more

Your mechanized bristles need to be cleaned and decontaminated from abrasive debris more often. Vehicles that pass through all day every day through the wash leave their collective debris on those bristles. Which leads to vehicle paint scratches and fading. I canceled my membership due to that fact. My car is only 4 years old and always parked inside. Premium paint quality should never begin fading within 10 years; especially if that vehicle is highly catered to. However, I noticed my checking account had a processing recurring charge on 1/8/23 when I had previously canceled my membership on 12/18/22. Also, if people cancel their membership without removing their payment info, please don't charge their card. Canceling the membership should be an implication of that. I love Me. Car wash! Super friendly staff and unlimited wash with membership. I commute from T or C so my vehicle gets biggie every day so the unlimited plan works great for me but if you don't want to go with the membership it's still great because you get free vacvuum and an air pressure nozzle to get even the tiniest crevices dry. I concur with every other reviewer. Horrible wash job. They slipped soap water on the front of the car and didn't bother with the back end. I had colored spots on the car when finished. The vacuums were so-so and the cost was high. No towel drying after the wash job either. Seven dollars to sixteen dollars is a rip-off for the crap car wash. From now on I'll wash the car myself. Took my car in for a simple wash - I noticed hairline scratches throughout my car. I informed the manger and he told me that it's normall it happens to almost all the Caaba that use their car wash. Okay wash if you just need to knock the dust off your truck. The system does not clean any better than mild dirt and small bug corpses. The Mister Car Wash in El Paso has extended options where they will clean the inside and even wax and buff the outside for a premium price but worth it. However, the Las Cruces option does not have any of the expanded services that the El Paso stores do. Really disappointed about that so I will just go and buy a bucket and a sponge and do it myself from now on as the prices are too high for what you get. read more

Really disappointed with MISTER CARWASH since they opened. Too Expensive for what you get. Even the top wash that's offered isn't a good job! Daddy 'O''s did an awesome job because they dried and wiped down the exterior and applied tire shine to you're tires! Mister Carwash leaves streaks and hard water spots.... No good for the amount of money you spend! They don't consider the Senior and disabled customers who can't or have mobility issues drying and wiping down they're cars and trucks! Went in for car wash, when finishing and being move into drying area, there was a back up vehicles, all cars in front of me were stopped. The belt kept moving, forcing my vehicle into on the one I front of me. I was blowing my horn trying to alert the staff, bang I hit the vehicle. Now I have a nice ding in my bumper, which now after reviewing their video we never hit! In fact I hit hard enough that I had to be put back on the track system by the attendant. We like the monthly subscription. It's fast and allows us to wash the truck daily if we wanted. Takes only a moment to wipe the drops off and vacuum out interior. For someone who never has enough time especially on the weekends -- Mister Car Wash is just what we need. read more

Please bring back Daddy O's this place is awful!! Asked if they could please use a brush on the front of vehicle due to the amount of bugs from a road trip and I was told no they don't have brushes. I took my truck this morning and paid $20. When I exited the wash, I was informed there were no more attendants to dry and finish the vehicle. All automated. Made it home and by then the wax streaks were everywhere, the bugs were still on the front grill, the windshield still dirty and the rims were all stained with wax. I read the other reviews of Mister Car Wash and was prepared. I brought a bottle of water and towels to wipe down the car. When the wash was done I found dirt on the back of my car and I used the water and towels. When I was done with that I went over and told a young lady that I was unhappy and that they hadn't sprayed the back of the car when I first went in. She said that they should have sprayed the back of my car. Then she said that she wanted me to go through the car wash again on them and that she would wipe the car down. I told her I would think about it for spring but for now dished out the 17 dollars. She told me after I see how well my truck would be cleaned that I would want to do it. The old place was 11 which includes armor all and folks that dry your car. The Mister Car Wash in Albuquerque at least had folks to dry their car. The Las Cruces one does not. I was told I would get tire shine and had to armor all my own tires with my own tire shine. I had to get out and completely dry my own truck. The employees that greeted me were nice. However, the washes are overpriced. I bought the Express #1 ($13) and my car wasn't even close to being clean. My back window was dirtier than it was before. I had high hopes for Mister when they opened. I had been to a few other ones in other cities, and was familiar with their process. I can not believe these guys do not dry our cars. At every other Mister Car wash I go to, they at least do that. The prices are higher than Daddy O's. But with less customer service. Having a Black Car, my car looks worst when i come out then when I go in. The biggest downfall, is there is no body else to go to here in this town unless you want to go the gas stations and scratch your car. So they probably do not care to fix the problems. read more
