An employee broke my back wiper and I didn't notice until | arrived home. I went to complain the next day. The manager (Josh) was unprofessional and stated it was loose before I went to car wash. My wiper was perfectly fine before and I never had issues. He didn't try to help me in any way nor did he try to be empathetic to my concern. I ask to see the camera and he refused. All he did was try to convince me that my wiper was broken before I got my car wash. He was extremely rude, arrogant and had no intention of helping me instead trying to prove it was broken before I washed my car. Actually, the employee broke it right before I washed it. I was so upset. I could not continue to argue with the manager. He was condescending and did a poor job at trying to address the issue. I canceled my membership. I will never go back to this car wash. The new system is a liability. As Josh stated it began two weeks ago. No one should touch your car unless you give them permission. This was my first experience with that service and it will be my last car wash at Clearwater. If you do use this car wash make sure they don't touch your wipers before you go to wash your car!

We were charged $5,223.17, which is an outrageous amount. During the repair, I received a phone call saying they couldn't find new rims and would have to use used ones. I was never given the option to wait for new rims or choose another solution. They made the decision for me. When I picked up the car, I was shocked. The "used" rims were covered in scratches and looked terrible. When I expressed how unhappy I was, I was told they had "saved me $400." That isn't a savings when you're paying over $5,200 and receiving scratched, used parts that make the car look worse. I trusted this shop to be honest and treat us fairly. Instead, I left feeling ripped off, misled, and taken advantage of. For over $5,000, I expected quality workmanship, communication, and the opportunity to approve such a major change before it was done. I would never recommend this shop to anyone, especially women or single parents who are trusting a repair shop to do the right thing.

Since we grew up here, we knew about some of the differences between the areas: way more Tex-Mex and BBQ, way less Cuban food. Way more traffic, no zoning laws on I-45, etc. But one very small difference we've noticed is a weird one: there are 10 million car washes but almost none of them are self-serve. I learned this lesson the hard way when I was on the verge of trading in my old vehicle and wanted to get it cleaned up before taking it to the dealer. I drove to several car washes only to find out that they were exclusively self-serve. I eventually found one place that was about 25 minutes away in Conroe, but between the commute and the wait, it ate up 2-3 hours of my day. Could I just wash the cars myself? Yes. Am I way too lazy to do that? Yes. Enter: the need for mobile detailing. I searched through my neighborhood Facebook group for personal recommendations and found these guys. We texted back and forth on a Tuesday to set up time on a Friday for them to come by and wash both of our cars. It took about 3-3.5 hours but I didn't have to leave my house and my wife and I both just sat in our offices and worked the whole time. Meanwhile, the quality of the work was great and the cost was very fair - about the same as I paid at the place I took my old car to. And significantly less than a nearby detail shop was charging. I will definitely be scheduling repeat appointments with these guys a few times a year as long as they keep doing it!
