When I entered the self check out, someone automatically comes up and walks you through it, which is nice but makes it awkward because now they've added do you want to give the tunnel person a tip? Aside from that it's very frustrating that you pay $15 for a car wash and you come out and there's still stuff all over your car and then the vacuums don't even suck. I've had a membership since 2022. My monthly fee is on autopay. After reviewing my finances I realized Mister Car Wash has been DOUBLE CHARGING me, with some refunds; however, still 11 months of no refunds. I contacted their customer service via email and they were quick to respond and take responsibility. They stated there was a glitch in the system and they've notified IT. The issue I have is they are only willing to refund 3 months back to my bank account and will then apply the remaining funds to my membership for a credit until 2026. I explained I need the cash back and was informed their policy, which I signed, states there are no refunds. I stated their policy also states they will only be deducting 1 payment and since it was their error, they owe me my money. I've gone all the way up to the Vice President, Mr. Lai, but haven't recieved a response yet. If they in fact do not give me my money, this is literally stealing. And yes, I should've noticed sooner. Unfortunely I did not notice the $30 extra a month missing. I'm extremely disappointed with this company in how they are handling this whole situation. I've contacted my bank's fraud department and they are looking into it; however, since it's been so long, they can only go back 1 yr. It would cost too much money to go to small claims court since it's like $180 or something just to file a claim with the Clerk of Courts. So check every month at your bank statement! They are stealing money from people. read more

They've raised the monthly fees by 20% but stopped doing basic maintenance and repairs. The vacuums at the Wickham Rd location hasn't had half of them working with adequate suction. This past week the wash brushes have been steadily failing to the point where only 3 sets of brushes are working. You end up getting half the wash that you pay for. See the video! We had a cooler in the back of our truck and instead of being told to remove it, two idiots jumped in the back of our truck and started hauling it over the side of the truck bed. They set it down on the edge and scratched the paint and dented the side of my truck. They do a great superficial detailing inside and out, hitting some of the major spots on the inside, the value is immense for the price. I signed up for every car wash service in the area and it is my opinion that this one is the best because they have actual human beings who work on the inside of your car on a daily basis. None of the other car wash places have a crew of people who work on cleaning the inside every day. What makes this place very special is they also have a car mechanic on site to do a lot of the basicWork that one might need. I really like the staff they're very friendly and they always have smiles on their faces. I get this place two thumbs up and I highly recommend that you sign up for their monthly program. I pulled in and paid for the top level wash and included the tip thinking the price was for exterior and the interior as well. I was very disappointed after going through the wash cycle that there was not an interior cleaning included in the price. I just had my car washed at Mister Car Wash on Wickham. I purchased the Platinum Wash. The wash DID NOT remove the love bugs off my car. When I got home I had to do that. They used to detail, remove the bugs, wipe down the car, clean inside and clean the windshield. They did away with their detailing. I was a regular. Today was my last trip there. There are other car washes that will clean the car much better. read more

We just picked up our Corolla today at 5pm and it was not clean inside after paying for the Platinum package. Very disappointed there were still spots that could have been wiped clean on the dash as you can see in the photos and visible sand in the floorboard. They also left trash in the side of the door. Unbelievable. We may as well have done it ourselves. I would not recommend this business unless the manger tries to rectify the horrible service. Save your money or go somewhere else. read more

I paid for the most expensive interior and exterior option and they didn't even vacuum or wipe down the compartments in the front of the car. I noticed when I got to the first light after leaving and quickly went back. She did a quick vacuum and said that's all she could do. She didn't even pull out a rag to wipe it down. Pretty disappointing experience. This place is fine if you want to just go through a drive through but I definitely wouldn't waste your money on interior here. Don't ever have them clean the inside of your car. They don't do a good job even if you tip them and they steal things from the inside of your car. I had an empty AirPods battery charger (without) the AirPods in the car and they came up missing the last time I got my interior done. Better off not letting them inside your car. read more

I was here when this place first open and it was great. Now, can't say the same. Every time I get the inside cleaned, I have to ask for it to be redone. Really poor execution and I do not like having to tell the manager each time. They do get young people to do the job but they are pretty inexperienced in customer service and borderline disrespectful because they are being held accountable to a poor job. I just purchased a brand new car and took it to mister car wash on Wickham the next day. After washing it i went to vacuum it. The car had deep scratches on the right side of my car! Also had white soap all over it, the boy that worked there denied the scratches were from them but verified the white foam was soap not the wax. I purchased the $11 wash twice and the $16 car wash, and they both do a poor job of actually washing the car. The vacuums are also subpar. This business used to do excellent car washes, but has really gone downhill since they don't have supervisors checking each job. I just paid $27 for a midsize suv and when I got home, my wife ended up vacuuming the whole car. There was sand and other small stuff everywhere which indicates those areas were not vacuumed at all. So I normally take my car to the location on New Haven in which I had a monthly pass for the titanium wash earlier this week I took my car to the location on Wickham cause I was in the area and needed my car washed especially since my whole front was covered in bugs so when I got there I immediately asked them to please make sure to bug prep my car and also asked them to retract they're wheel cleaners due to my rims on my car are painted and those brushes will scratch my rims up the girls at the kiosk told me no problem and said she would let the person in the tunnel know. When I pulled round the girl guiding me on the track pulled me in and then immediately sent me through no big prep nothing on top that never even retracted the wheel brushes. After my car being ran through I pulled over to vacuum my car and i noticed immediately a different look from when I bring it to New Haven's location normally my car has a really nice deep shine and this time it didn't on top of that there were still bugs in my fromt I immediately went back to try and speak with staff which is when I was told my cars fine they see nothing wrong with it. I was beyond aggravated I left and for days up till Today I continued calling the store but couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone so today while out I stopped in there and went to speak with a young lady named Lex and I explained my concerns and stated I wanted to cancel my monthly membership after that experience and her reply to me was she was not going to cancel a membership just because I don't like how my car supposedly came out and told me she guarantee there was nothing wrong with my car and I have no clue what I'm talking about. They showed me what they were checking throughout the process and I could see how much I was being charged from the beginning. They have great service and efficiency. My favorite car wash. I have a black navigator. Have the monthly membership. It pays for itself. Traveled to Tennessee in January, went almost everyday up there due to snowy conditions. Main location is Viera. Started in Suntree. Still go there to have the $12 inside vacuum and wipe down done inside and out. No complaints. read more

This place has really gone down hill since bought by Misters. The prices have gone up. Too expensive for crappy service. Service people don't know what they are doing or aren't being honest. I get my oil changed there and the light came on to service much earlier than normal this go around. I checked it myself and it was awfully dark. I'm not sure they either completely emptied what oil I had in before with my last change or used the wrong much cheaper oil. I had gone there for years before with no problems like this. Last oil change I had, the car wash broke down as my oil change finished and they sent people away. So no complimentary car wash for me. Today it was crazy backed up at 9:30 in the morning. Once again, no complimentary car wash today either. I am sad...I will be going elsewhere. I guess all good things must come to an end. read more

Devon did a good job working both sides adding the water to the washer fluid and filled with convential oil while employee star walked around with a clipboard doing inventory while the cars lined up. She watched and shook her that more Cars were coming in. She looked like she was marking things down no marks were on the paper. Complete waste of time trying to look busy to avoid her job. This car wash used to provide great quality interior and exterior washes. However, since it was sold and is now Mr. car wash, the quality has gone down significantly. They prefer speed and quantity over quality. When I leave, I still have to take my car home and finish cleaning what they left behind. I shouldn't have to pay $32 for platinum service clean only to have to clean it myself. I should also mention that they removed some items from the back cab of my truck and "Must have accidentally placed it in the car in front of ours." These items included insignificant things such as Publix reasonable bags but also important items like tools and Ford 150 trailer and tow package items that were no cheap to replace. They did however replace the tool, not the trailer and tow items, because we didn't remember that was in the truck... and who knows what else at this point. read more

Their unlimited car wash is awesome. All the other carwashes around that I found have a cap. I was a little hesitant about paying for a plan for an automated wash but it is totally worth it. Their car wash does much better than I expected. That makes the price of the unlimited very worth it. read more

I have been to this car wash previously, and had the interior and exterior of my Tiquan cleaned. They washed the carpeting and trunk area. They polished the leather seats so they looked brand new. They did an excellent job. I was thrilled with the results. Today I went to have a sedan cleaned. I purchased the top package which cost $32.00. This included interior, exterior and tire cleaning. My car was ready in a half hour which shocked me. Last time I was there it took over an hour to clean the car. The attendant took me to the car and showed me the results. The interior panel doors still had dirt on them. Actually it looked almost as bad as when I brought it in. They did not clean the upholstery or floor mats. When I questioned this I was told this was not part of the package I bought. I bought the best car wash package. I asked about the trunk, and was told that they do not clean that area on the sedans. I complained about leaves that were caught in the trunk opening area. The attendant did clean that area, but let me know I was getting an extra service. I drove out of the detailing area and drove to the self cleaning area. My husband keeps cleaning products in the trunk. I grab them and cleaned the interior. The floorboards still had grime on them. I removed stains from the upholstery as best as possible with the available cleaning products. I had to vacuum the truck which was full of sand from a recent trip to the beach. This experience was totally different than my first one. Maybe today was an off day or the business has new management. Who knows? I will continue to be a patron, and get the $6.00 drive through car wash. Whether I pay for another big service is questionable. Overall I was disappointed. read more

I love going here for a carwash. $6 basic up to $18 for bells and whistles. Free vacuums out front for after you wash. Just had my oil changed on SUNDAY! It took, maybe, 12 minutes. We stayed in the car even. Best part was my fully synthetic only cost $65. I went through the wash first and received a $10 coupon for the oil change. Upon completion, I received a free wash voucher. Was even offered a cold water while I was in the car. Oh, and if you are ever unsatisfied with the wash, you can go back through without any problems! My first experience was after moving here across country. My car was being towed behind the moving van and it looked like a dumpster fire by the time I took it in. The first wash made a small difference in the dirt, but the second wash made a world of difference. I haven't had a surly attendant yet. :) read more
