After a while, I like that one so much that I upgraded yet again to a package that puts armor all in the tires and I genuinely enjoy that even at its busiest, there's always an available station with plenty of tools for me to use there's always an abundance of clean towels and spray and pressurized air to really get in there and detail the inside of my car with as much care and patience as it deserves Every time I come, it's always a warm greeting and I've never experienced a single delay Bonus: when you first pull in, you can actually park in there are brushes and buckets with water if you want a pre-soak certain hard to clean spots which I think is a nice touch. Every vehicle in my household has a plan here and with good reason it's got great pricing it's military friendly and the customer service is unbeatable. I actually take her car in more than she does, and it always comes out looking clean and well-maintained. I personally don't use the floor mat cleaner or the tire pre-rinse options, but even without those extras, my car comes out looking great every time. The vacuums have strong suction, the wash itself is thorough, and it's quick and convenient. Overall, it's an amazing spot for keeping both of our vehicles clean. Not perfect, but definitely reliable and worth it. We spend a lot total each month, but we think it's worth it. It's expensive, but worth it living beachside.

It was filthy, reeked of smoke, had spill stains, tobacco stains, gunk so sticky I couldn't clean it, and a steering wheel so deeply filthy that it kept staining my shirts even AFTER I tried cleaning it. I had enough and went searching on Yelp to get it cleaned. Antjuan from Splash gave me the best pricing (even knowing the job would be a handful). He came with his son, both were polite and nice, very professional. I showed him the issues with the car. He told me straight upfront that a few of the stains he wasn't sure he could get out completely. I figured as much (they are realllly bad, on the carpeted floor) and told them to just do what they could. They promised to do their best and WOW, did they deliver! He just shared some of the before/after pix here on Yelp and I have no before pix of my own (because ew - I didn't want anyone seeing how bad the poor car was, seriously). In fact they did such a good job that neighbors (who knew what it looked like beforehand) came over and asked for their business card, made arrangements for the father-son duo to clean their vehicles as well. Today I used my car for the first time. It smelled CLEAN. It literally gleamed. They cleaned things that never even occurred to me to clean. It looks like an entirely different (new!) car. For the first time I didn't ruin a shirt by driving in it. Keep in mind that we are talking about (with no exaggeration) 15 YEARS worth of grime, spills, smoke/tobacco that full-on seeped into the plastic of the dashboard, center console, and wheel. He is hearing impaired and has never let that stop him from achieving his goals. He worked over 30 hours a week while being homeschooled and graduating early, saving nearly every paycheck to buy his dream Ford F-150. We chose Kelly Ford because we believed buying from a dealership would be safer than purchasing from a private seller. Before buying, we test-drove the truck twice, asked countless questions, and were shown an inspection report indicating the vehicle had passed inspection. We were also told the truck had four new tires, but after the purchase we learned it had only two. Less than 12 hours after taking the truck home, it had difficulty starting. We immediately had it tested at AutoZone, where the diagnostic indicated the starter had failed. We drove straight back to Kelly Ford, expecting them to stand behind the vehicle. Instead, the first response we received was that the truck was sold "as is." While I understand what an "as is" sale means, I expected much better customer service when a vehicle develops a significant problem almost immediately after purchase. I contacted dealership management hoping they would help. The resolution offered was that we would pay for a new starter while the dealership would install it at no labor charge. What disappointed me most wasn't just the mechanical issue--it was the lack of empathy and willingness to make things right for a teenager who had spent years working toward this milestone. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Kelly Ford have an independent mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection before signing any paperwork, regardless of what inspection reports are provided by the dealership.
