The wash was okay, but you pull up to a touch screen with a guy standing there trying to sell you on a monthly recurring package, and then tries to upsell you on the different washes, and when I tell him I just want to basic, now he has a couple of different basic washes. Frustrated I said give me the more expensive basic. Then after going through all that, another screen pops up for him to get a tip. I told him to give himself $2. So that was $2 for me not to return. read more

Recently went to Misters for the first time in Mt Juliet. Was impressed by the speed from entering to exit even with a long line of cars. Devon was amazing answered all my questions as to which best wash would help with "skunk" smell in the under carriage. The wash was perfect my car came out good as new as well as the smell was gone. After washing my Neep Wrangler at the Mt Juliet location every week for the past 9 years, today I was told by the scruffy young fella with the spray wand AFTER I'd spent $20 and notifying him the hood wasn't washed and was as dirty as it arrived that they had just install a new piece of equipment that won't wash the hood on Jeep Wranglers and there was nothing he could do about it. Hmm I went to the Wash and Roll and my Jeep was washed perfectly. I won't be spending my money at Mister Car Wash ever again. Their loss, my gain. read more

Great place to get a wash quickly. There are other places in Mt Juliet that are your basic coin washes. This place is a drive through-style wash with a free vacuum after going through the cycle.s There are 3 price levels ($6, $9, $12): $6 basic wash $9 wash & wax $12 wash, wax, rain-x, & tire dressing Both the $6 & $9 washes you can opt for another $2 to add rain-x. Is it completely spot-free and incredible? No... if you want a detailing, you'll pay more than $12. Does it do the job to get the crap, dirt, mud, and salt/brine junk off your exterior? Yes. The vacuums could use a little more power, they are usually quite weak and don't do an amazing job. Other than that, it suffices quite nicely as a quick drive-through wash. As others have noted, it can get very busy depending on the time of day and the season, though they generally cycle folks through quickly, the bottleneck tends to be the people making their choices at the kiosks. read more

This place used to be a great place to get a clean truck. For some strange "COVID" reason, they took away the tailgate/grill brush, although car washes have been contactless since inception, this long handled brush and the outside of your car somehow became a threat. Well, here we are, mask free, but still no brush. They turn off the slightly more affective brushes for trucks with a hitch. And if your hitch is under lock and key like mine, it's gonna take half a can of WD-40 to break it loose each time. Not happening. They said the high speed brushes can get hung on it. I guess that could fray a spinny brush tentacle. I dunno. Well, the result is a filthy tailgate. $30/mo for having to still wash my tailgate. By the time I get stuff out to do it, why not just wash the rest of the truck? read more

This place is hugely disappointing. The guys outside barely do anything. They spray bits and pieces of my car, the other guy scrubbed the bumper, 1 slide across. The undercarriage wash was off, so the underside of my car still looks like a gravel road mess. The outside of my car wasnt done very well, either. To top it off, the vaccumes they have had very little suction, and i could not manage to vaccume my mats, or the inside of my car. Incredibly disappointing, will not go back. read more

If you go there, be prepared to obey their stupid little rules. I got their car wash, pulled over to vacuums, and was listening to the radio while vacuuming. One of their power-hungry employees came over and demanded I turn down the volume. I rolled my eyes, but I did. He saw me do this, then walked away. I had gone to the other side, and was just about finishing up vacuum, when he came over and demanded I turn it down again. I swear, I was standing next to the open door, and couldn't hear a single word on the radio. At this point, I just left. This guy is clearly just a control-freak, so I'm not going back. read more

Been there more times than I can count. Wash isn't that bad. But they never have the under-carriage wash on. Been there multiple times just for salt and no good. Yes I pay for the full $12 deal. But it doesn't matter. Today, 90 degrees outside, went after driving quite a bit through a construction site. Truck wasn't even that dirty. Just the under-carriage. Same thing. This place is right next to where I live so I stopped in today to get my car cleaned. The wash was long overdue so I paid $17 for the Platinum and was extremely disappointed to come out and see bird poop still on my windows! I also was not too happy with the suction on the vacuums they have. For what I paid, i expected more than this & I'm usually not one to complain. $12 for the worst wash I've ever gotten. Back of truck was full of soap and we were told that the coin wash down the road would be a place we could blow it out! And this was after we were assured wash would take care of the debris in the back. So now it will cost more money. Vacuum was the only good thing here. We have to wash the truck again. Machine broke a piece off of my not very old car. Filled out a damage report and was told I would be contacted the next day. Never was. Called and left voicemails that were never returned. This happened the beginning of June and still no one has reached out to me to fix it. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We have a monthly plan and stopped here while traveling. Love being able to use our membership throughout the state. $20 a month well spent. The guys working went above and beyond. In the Clarksville location they just spray the grill. Here at Mt Juliet they used a brush on the grill, windshield and back of my suv. Which is great because the back doesn't always get clean because of the back wiper and license plate. Noticed the vacuum area isn't as big or have the different style hoses as some other locations but will use this location again if in the area. Recommend a monthly membership read more

Definitely one of the better car washes. So glad Mt. Juliet got one. I've never run into any problems with this car wash, does a good job cleaning the vehicle. Also like the guys out front that scrub the front and back before you go in. Price is on par. I just do the $6 dollar wash and do my tires when I get home. The free vacuum is nice too, considering you don't have to pay for the wash to use it. Warmer weather and weekends do get busy but keep in mind this is about the only "drive thru" car wash in Mt. There are very few times that you are made to Ferrell so welcome when you are far away from home. We were passing through Nashville after being on the road for over a week and it was so got that all the windshield washer buckets were completely dry at the gas station. I have been a VIP customer on 2 of my vehicles. If you have the sticker they do not spray or scrub your front or back of the car. Do not get the VIP you get less customer service. Last week they had a GM from another location that said if they see the VIP sticker that they don't do that anymore. Now today they did not touch the back and my Rogue rear window was still dirty. I know we have a new carwash coming soon on Lebanon Rd. Hold off before getting VIP at Mister. Maybe the new car wash will take better care of their regular customers. read more

Terrible equipment. Gauged my driver side door. Equipment does not always work. Terrible customer service.

I went through the car wash on 6/3 and came out with a huge crack in my windshield. Noticed it and reported to the supervisor on duty. He filed a report and I left to go back home to GA the next day. I received a call from the manager asking if I could bring the car back so he could view the damage. I was already halfway back to Atlanta. If I had known this I wouldn't have left. My husband calls the incident center and gets a very rude woman who tells him there is a disclaimer and they won't do anything. I was told that one of two things happened. I already had a crack or ping(it started at the very top and came down the middle) or the difference is the temp outside vs the temp of the water cracked my windshield. I pay to have a new windshield since it continues cracking days later. I heard once from the manager and then never heard anything else. I call again and am told that they won't pay anything to have the windshield fixed. I then asked if I could at least have my $13 back and was told she would contact the store and I am still waiting to hear on that. Not happy with this company at all. read more
