I recently took my car to Mister Car Wash for both an exterior wash and an interior cleaning, and once again, they delivered a great experience. One thing I've always appreciated about this location is the attention to detail before your car even enters the wash. When you pull up to select your service, an attendant checks the inside of your vehicle to make sure it isn't overly packed with personal belongings. I actually think that's a really thoughtful step because it shows consideration for the employees who will be cleaning the interior. It's a small detail, but one that speaks to how they operate. I chose the interior and exterior cleaning package, which came to about $46. While that may sound a little pricey to some, it was absolutely worth it to me. I simply didn't have the time--or honestly, the energy--to deep clean my car myself, and I knew they would do a much better job than I would. Sometimes convenience and quality are well worth the investment. The gentleman who serviced my car was very kind, and the customer service here has always been consistently good. The entire process only took about 10 minutes, and my car looked fantastic when they were finished. One thing to keep in mind is that this location can get pretty busy. I happened to go on a Tuesday around 2 p.m., so I lucked out and avoided a long wait. But even when there is a line, I'd still say it's worth it. And if you do happen to wait a little while, they have a waiting area with vending machines for drinks and snacks, which is a nice little touch while your car is being serviced. If you're looking for a place that consistently does a thorough job and values both quality and customer service, Mister Car Wash is definitely a solid choice. read more

My car wash here was quick and easy and it did a nice job. The people working there are super nice and helpful. This is a full-service station so you cannot vacuum your own car and instead have to pay for interior, where the staff members will vacuum for you. The prices are reasonable - about $13 for a basic wash, but I'm unsure if this includes interior or not. It's conveniently located off of Ponce Ave. They do get very busy since it's the only car wash in the area. read more

The worst thing is they scratched my brand new cars consol and no one had anything to say, just made me fill out a claim (hopefully I hear back) and still made me pay $50 for a wash. The attendant advised that they would be happy to do so, but the interior was nice enough that I could just get the exterior package, and the normal interior service would suffice. Ughhh! I wanted to love this place. and initially I did. But I was excited to find a place nearby that offer interior cleaning. The plans were reasonable to priced so "I thought why the hell not?" After my first visit I immediately enrolled in a plan after been satisficed with the work done on my car. But sadly this excitement was short-lived. By the second month I started noticing that the same care and attention that was there before had dissipated. As time went on Im not only paying a monthly fee but Im also paying additional for the inside to get done to see that the quality of work is declining with each visit. I had a water on the floor on my passenger seat. When They called and alerted me that my car was ready, I inspected the car to find the water bottle sill on the floor. Like seriously?! So with that being said I am to believe that was vacuumed. I have several other examples of just IDGAF attitude from the staff. I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. They approach your car with a menu of different washes & explain what each contains. You pay them & then they point you to the waiting area. From the waiting area you can watch your car being washed. I enjoyed seeing my tires actually being cleaned by two different machines. In the waiting area they have vending machines. They also offer free popcorn & coffee. The waiting area is pretty well sized & professional looking. The attendant inside the waiting area tells you when your car is ready, you walk outside, present your receipt and you are on your on your way. My car was spotless inside & out. I would recommend this car wash & I would bring my car back here to get washed. read more

Tried to go for a car wash today in the middle of the afternoon, and there were just 3 cars ahead of me. I noticed one of the cars do a U-turn and leave. When it was my turn, the woman with the iPad came to my window and asked if I wanted exterior or interior. I said both (like every other full service car wash), but I was told that I had to pick one or the other. Then she mentioned something about needing to be a member to get any car wash because they only had one lane open. At that point, it was my turn to do the U-turn and leave. I'm not sure what new car-wash-business-model this is to turn away multiple customers requesting full service, but I'll go elsewhere. Followup since company's reply: the reply is a copy paste to every other negative comment. Poor customer experience. I paid $120.00 plus tip for a hand car wash and detailing for my new oversized SUV. I got all the way home and realized my Coach designer keychain was missing from my car keys. I went back to the car wash and asked for the manager while I asked the detailer where my keychain was. The detailer said it came off in his pocket, but instead of taking it to the manager for lost and found, he put it in his personal vehicle. When the manager was present while I was talking to the detailer he didn't seem to care too much about the fact the detailer did not go to him. He just said from now on to come to him immediately, and that was it. No other comments were made. There is an additional charge to wash the all weather mats based on: if you want them done, then another charge for how many. I miss Cactus Car Wash at this location. Since Mister Car Wash has been there it has not been a good experience. I gave it chances, even driving across town since I moved. Not anymore. They continue to not clean interiors. They will give you an estimated time later in the day though when they can get to it. I have come here for over six years . Loved their $29.99 a month car wash for the outside of your car. Then a extra $10. A visit to clean the inside. Today I was told they no longer offer cleaning the inside unless I go through detailing .(why ) Because I have dog hair in my car. Isn't the reason you go to a car wash is because you want someone other than yourself to clean the dog hair out of you car. They told me the vacuums are getting clogged from the dog hair. Those same vacuums they have used for the last 6 years now can't get dog hair out! I would suggest upgrading to better vacuums! It's a shame I will have to cancel both cars I have a monthly policy. read more

The car is clean but, good Lord, it took forever. If they moved any slower they'd be moving backwards. They move from car to car, dilly dallying with little tasks on each, instead of finishing the car in the front of the line. Our car was left to service cars behind us multiple times. Giving this business a one star is definitely not a reflection of the services I pd for. As U can see, I was charged $129 for this visit which included an internal detailed cleaning. I had specifically stated during the intake that the pollen in my truck needs to be dusted out and was told that they would be so precise w/ their dusting that they would use air spray cans to even get the books & crannies. Dust brake dust.... everywhere! Per the PiX I posted, clearly, they overlooked dusting & wiping down the dashboard and console; to include overlooking to vacuum the carpets throughout the vehicle. Clean & Condition my leatherSeats, I think not. So, rolling it of that parking lot- by the looks of my front wheels, it was just ran through the wash. They stuck tape on the rear view wiper and peeled the paint when they removed it. Needless to say w/ such a horrible experience and such horrible service, I will NOT go back to this business just to throw $129.00 of my money for a machine wash that I could've done myself for less than $10.00. I have a long-standing platinum monthly membership w/ Mister which I recently upgraded to titanium. I live in Wisconsin, but I've used Mister locations from there all the way to Florida quite often over the years. I've been using this Midtown Atlanta location lately while temporarily working from here. It's without a doubt the worst I've experienced. The service/reception from the staff is hit or miss--by far, mostly miss. The wash is terrible. It's the only location where my car comes out completely soaked on the other end. Their drying mechanism at the end of the conveyor track is useless and the rear of my car has never come out so dirty anywhere else. An automated car wash at a gas station can do a better job. read more

Walk up to your car, blow on it. Boom you did a $60 cleaning job from Mister Wash. The saddest most low budget wash I have ever been to. I have literally had a light rain clean my car better than this place. When you pull up the first thing you notice is they are literally going to try to charge u a nice steak dinner for a wash. Which honestly is fine if they were ACTUALLY GONNA WASH your car. I waited for two hours only to have the attendant point out my car had been ready. As you will see from the screenshot of my call logs I was not called nor texted nor announced as clearly the announcer lady didn't even know. When I got to my car which was supposed have been washed and cleaned and the seats deep cleaned NOTHING WAS DONE. It literally was a carbon copy of when I brought it in. I paid $54 to sit in a waiting room that smells like a hot day at six flags for 2hrs only to get my car back exactly the same. EXACTLY. They add plastic that was about it. I never leave reviews, but felt I should on this one. I had my car washed and detailed at Mister on Ponce a couple days ago. I think the package I bought was $165, so a more expensive service. From afar, my car looks great. A closer look... not as good. There were still crumbs around the gear shift in the inside of the car. I am not sure how they missed that. AND.... there was still bird poop on the side of my car! One of the reasons I took it in. Granted, my car is white so it blended in, but they had it for 2hrs! There were some other things I was disappointed with, but those 2 stuck out. I will not be using them again. read more
