I am not a car person or do I really care a whole lot about whether my car is clean (don't judge me) but when I do decide that my car needs a bath this is my go-to spot. It's cheaper than most drive thru car washes and if you sign up for their text messages they send you a free $25 car wash. They also do promos often. If I cared more about my car I'd sign up for their unlimited plan, it's only $20/month which is a great deal! I'd say I go about once every few months, it's always fast, never too busy and their vacuums actually have powerful suction. Last time I went the guy was so friendly, he waved to me as I left! I cant lie it's a great deal, $30 a month for a premium car wash whenever you want, but for me I don't really enjoy coming here. I called multiple times to cancel and no help. My antenna of my car broke from the car wash, literally as I exited all you heard was a crunch. I called to get help, no answer. I recently went back, my card had been changed so I wasn't charged for my month so my sticker wasn't working, I asked for assistance from the young lady to just get me a wash for that day. She ends up moving me to another lane, charging me $30 which was confusing I thought they had just increased their prices, and then let me through, I went back recently because I got a bunch of mud on my white car and the guy stopped me because my sticker wasn't scanning but I was in the process of buying a day wash, he then brings me inside and says I haven't updated my card, I explained how I saw the young lady earlier that week who said she had fixed everything and cancelled me. She indeed did not he said she re signed you up and didn't apply it to your sticker like how does that even make sense. read more

This is our ideal car wash! There were a bunch of options regarding the type of wash. I went for the ultimate wash for $10 and added the hot wax for $3 more. The employees rinse off your car before you start. Once you're in neutral you go through the was (see picture attached). The sign notifies you when to put your car back in gear and you pull into a parking lot with over 20 spots. There are vacuum cleaners on both sides of the car with different attachments so you can give a more thorough clean. I recommend bringing towels to dry your car, windex, paper towels and armorall to complete your clean. They sell these materials in the front if you need them. read more

Totally perfect! The car was in dire need of a car wash and vacuum and this place delivered it all for $10 (technically $6 but we wanted the tires cleaned and shined). I'm not sure if this a new location but their vacuums were just like new! We were driving to Disney world from Miami and had brought our dog, and the vacuum was strong enough to effortlessly remove the dog hair from the carpets and seat. The location was right off the highway on our way to the airport too which was a massive plus for us as we were picking up some friends. We went a Monday at 10am and there must have been about 5-6 people only. No waiting in long lines and there's plenty of vacuums for everyone to have their own space. This place was crazy packed at 1040am on Sunday. The three lanes to pay were each two cars deep just waiting to go through the machines. Nearly every spot with a dryer had a car in its slot while folks vacuumed the insides of their vehicles. I paid $6 for the basic wash through the spinners and projectile soap but they offer monthly plans and even more add-ons for $15 or $20. To each their own, I just want to clean the car. Was able to get a spot without the sun beating down on me and in a few minutes my baby was better than it had been in a while. The only down side is that folks don't respect the 15 minute vacuum time limit or the no music one either. read more

Um.. can you beat a $3 carwash?! I think not. You can choose a carwash from $3 and up and add additions like tire shine and such. Its a typical drive through carwash but its the cheapest I've seen. Its always pretty clean and they always have attendants there. Which I like, because Ithink its super creepy to go to a carwash alone. PLUS.... you have 15 minutes of free vacuum time included with your carwash. They also have a little store where you can purchase car fresheners and little extras for just a couple of dollars. I had to attendants line my car up to get into the car wash and they give it preliminary scrub down with some long handled brushes. After you go inside to the car wash, it starts to suds up your car. Put on some really cool looking purple and green foam on the car. Give it a really good wash. They then rinse the car, wax the car, drive the car out. Then your off to get your interior vacuumed. Very powerful vacuum cleaners. Long hoses enough to get from one side of the car to the other without any problem. Will definitely be coming back to this car wash. We have four company cars - two of which is a Tesla & myself a 2020 Black Grand Cherokee Limited X - every time I bring the car to this place they it leaves with a new scratch. Not sure if their machine is improperly calibrated but I'd think three times before going here. Also, I called to cancel our membership and it's difficult to get anyone on the phone. Even though I live downtown, I drive to Blues weekly because they make the whole process easy. You choose your car wash type on a screen (I typically get the basic $5 carwash but today I got the deluxe for $9, not quite sure I see a difference). Afterwards I always spend time vacuuming my car, which makes a huge difference in how clean it looks. Four stars because I love this place but I wish the drying time at the end would last a little longer. Wouldn't be a bad idea to keep a clean towel in your car in order to dry off the extra spots. No rim service. Don't be fooled by the options. I have yet to experience an automated system that can clean a rim like a human can. The tire shine is another wasted expense. Just bring your own bottle and spray on before you vacuum your vehicle. But as far as the other options go; great value. While you're not going to get any interior service the exterior wash options are all value priced. You can get a very decent wash for $15; which is their top end option. You can vacuum your own vehicle if you so chose and the suction is adequate in most stations (and there are plenty). They're open til 8pm on most days so lots of time to clean. The wash is pretty good "top dog" I take my truck every week to clean. Fan Driers are always having issues, hardly ever working 100%. Tire shine solution always splashes the solution on the paint went driving. I wish can I just asked to clean tires without shine solution. Towels always wet. read more

Well, you drive up to the conveyor belt type of thing and then put it in neutral and the machines do the rest. Prices for car washing start at $3.99. You just pull up, choose your wash, pay, and drive up. After, you can pull around to the covered parking with vacuums, which are free to use after the wash. My car is clean on the outside and inside with not too much effort! And it's fun to drive through! read more

I have been looking for ages for a machine car wash that has free vacuums and an area to really clean out my car (they have lots of them other places I have lived). This automatic car wash system does a fairly good job cleaning the outside of your car and has options ranging from $3-$15. I do recommend bringing towels to dry your car in the vacuum area though because the dryers at the end of the wash do not do a great job of drying the car. The vacuums work very well and there is more than enough room to clean out your car without a problem. The place is kept fairly clean for as busy as it was the few time I have been. The only suggestion I would have for this place is something I have seen at other similar places in other cities... it would be great if they offered a monthly unlimited car wash option for a set fee. read more

The manager told me our insurance would have to deal with it if there had been damage, and that the car wash is not responsible. Told me that that is what bumpers are for. Yey! A decent car wash! For some reason, car washes are hard to come by in Orlando. I came here, purchased the $6 car wash, and was pleasantly surprised and how nice my car was cleaned. Additionally, it was surprising how well my rims were cleaned! It takes me forever to do those. I used to like this place, due to its proximity from where I live. However, the owner has been getting cheap. I always get a $5 wash, because I am on the run every week. The middle brush roller didn't scrub my car. Their bs excuse was because I only paid $5. Horsecrap. That middle roller ALWAYS DID scrub my car, before today's visit. Not going back again... Took my car here for a quick wash. They have very fast service! There was actually a sales person at the console to answer any and all questions I had about the car washes available. The one downside to the wash is the tire shine, they put a little too much tire shine on and it came off and sprinkled dots on the side of my car... right after the wash. I had a membership at this car wash (Orlando, FL on East Colonial) for awhile , I was never pleased with this company but there are no other car washes around my area. You leave the wash with soap still on your car and the vacuum pressure sucks. I cancelled my membership the day I left the car wash and noticed scratches on my BRAND NEW car. I brought it to the managers attention and they were absolutely no help. They swore that it wasn't them who put those scratches on my brand new car. I wrote an incident report and they said they would be able to tell on the cameras if those scratches were there before I got to the car wash. Three days went by, and no one reached out to me. So I called them, the person on duty said that their corporate office still hasn't gotten back to them. So a few hours go by and Ken gives me a call.. He is completely unprofessional and rude. After speaking to him and dealing with everything with this car wash, I refuse to go back and I no longer refer people to come here. read more

Avoid this place if you care about your car. On two visits, the car in front of me jumped off the conveyor and because they loaded the cars so close to each other, mine almost collided with it.
