I paid for the "Titanium" wash which was $42 dollars. Granted not breaking the bank, but I expected better. I specifically asked for the inside of my truck to be cleaned as we traveled from Texas. If you've got kids you know it can be a bit messy. I'm annoyed with this location as they didn't do much to the truck. I was finding crumbs when I got back to my in-laws on the seats, the vacuum job was less than "ok", the truck has spots all over it, and they didn't even wipe the dash. There's still dust!! I called and no one answered as I want a do over. I plan on bringing it back to them tomorrow. This is not acceptable. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! Took my son's car in to be cleaned. They said it couldn't go through the wash and they would have to hand was it they didn't, or it was so bad they didn't care! Paid to have a complete interior clean! They didn't ! Complained, they said they did everything. Total crap! Went in today 5/20/2020 for a quick wash. Found out it is totally automated and outside only. You drive up to the kiosk, select your wash then drive through. All done! Only two employees one to help at the kiosk and on. To guide you into the lane to get in to the correct position. Car in neutral and foot off the brake. That's it! Same high price and no service. Oh well it got off a few bugs. This was my fault for not catching sooner. However, they credited my account for 3 months AND allowed me to gift the other 11 months I had paid for and not used. I rarely take my truck here and decided on the 40 package. i asked them toake sure the rims were shined nicely. Well they told me since covid they let the car wash clean the rims. I was hopeful but let down. My rims where still in need of a lot attention and the coating they put on the tires was pitiful. The enterior was vacumed and my windows were cleaned but i had some annoying streaks on my windshield. To top it off, they didnt bother putting my antenna back on. i sat in the truck, grabbed my antenna and installed it. not one worker ackowledged this. i should have got the cheapest package. i will never go back and i think it's sad that having a professional place do a job that i would be personally embarrased about. read more

I tried there wash club on Ajo . Always came away with soap residue. Told staff and they acknowledged the issue after viewing the car. They explained they were fine tuning the system. Never changed so I did not renew my membership. But they keep billing me. Will not answer phone or respond to emails. I have authorized a CC charge back. At first the unlimited wash sounds expensive. In the past car washes were around the same cost as a medium fast food meal. Minimum washes for me are seven a month, some times every other day. The cost of once a week is roughly the cost of a fast food meal. Each time I get a wash after that, the cost per wash goes down. I enjoy the full service for inside and outside of the vehicle at the South Kolb location. I use the full service every weekend and drive through on the days when birds poop on it or it gets real dusty. The micro scratches in the paint from the dust make the paint susceptible to damage. The wash and liquid wax has kept my eight year old truck looking sharp. read more

Quick. Convenient. Cost effective. I pay the monthly fee for exterior and once a quarter (or more) i pay for interior vacuuming. I also recommend you keep a medium to large microfiber towel in your vehicle to wipe down your car after the car washes. Reduces the spots. read more

I've been using mister car wash on Kolb for a while and every time I go there the service gets worse. This last time I got the service that is supposed to wash the outside and clean the inside . I get home afterwards and after I take a closer look at the inside I noticed that the windows had not been cleaned and the area around where the hatchback is had not been opened and cleaned. The vents and dash on the passenger side had not been touched. The windows that they did clean are all streaked. After this last visit I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. The seats didn't look much different and the outside had so many spots. I feel like it was rushed and not done right. The outside wasn't don't right and the wheels were not even touched. I was picking it up around close and so they were not helpful. When I said that I wasn't completely satisfied they pretty much were like, "sorry, have a good day." I went to this car wash last week and purchased the platinum wash at $34.00 and after being home I noticed inside windows and moon roof was a weak job. I contacted them by email and Jake the manager called me on Saturday to discuss. I've experienced better pretty much sums up this car wash for me. I pulled up and though there was only one other car there I had to wait a few minutes for the attendant to come out and ask me what kind of wash I wanted. She talked me into getting the most expensive wash, because she kept bringing up what a fantastic job they would do in the interior. She said several times that they would clean the door panels, and I MAY have had a coffee explode on my door panel when a friend closed the passenger door on it, and I MAY have had dried coffee all over the passenger side door. I got the Platinum Wash with lemon scent. I went in and paid almost $30 for this wash, and I really expected it to be amazing. The cashier was nice, the lobby was nice, and the windows were clean. Yes. I'm a seven year old that likes to watch my car go through the wash. So, I went outside to wait for the car to be done, and when I finally got flagged I was really excited to see my car looking pretty! I looked inside and they had BARELY touched the inside. There was still dust and streaks on my dashboard, the coffee hadn't even been wiped down, let alone cleaned, my floor mats were still a mess, the little change holder things in my car hadn't been cleaned and still had some trash in them. When I asked the woman to please wipe down the door panels, she sighed and said "I guess I can wipe them down for you." Really? 30 dollars, the woman sold me based on how amazing the interior would look, and you have the audacity to act like your doing me some huge favor? I only asked her to do the door panels, since I wouldn't dare want to keep her from whatever pressing engagement she had. I got into the car and drove off. As I was driving away, there was no lemon scent, and the exterior of my car was also still dirty. I had bird poo still baked onto my hood (Not one, several). The service was friendly, but I will never be back. $30 and I still had to go back and clean my car. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have gone to a car wash. read more

I had gone in today to get my Jeep washed. I had told the lady taking down services what I wanted and then gave her specific instructions to the guys actually doing the service. Said it was a push button start and not to push it when it came out of the bay. When it came out of the bay they were indeed pushing it. As I went over and asked why they were pushing after I specifically said not to. It was then at that point they said it was their policy to do this with Jeep's only. I then went to the lady that I paid for my service with and asked why they were doing it when I specifically asked them not to and she then told me it was a Jeep only policy. She had never at one point stated that in our conversation. Asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said no. Told the guys just to dry it and let me go. My truck went thru the wash, and that's about it. This place had about 7 people horse-around (2 supervisors and 5 team members). The wipe down was with 1 person, but only the inside of the doors...really!? Oh wait, there was 1 other who sloppily applied tire shine to my tires..and wheels (sucks trying to get tire shine off wheels). The windows got a cleaner sprayed on, but not all windows got the wipe down. Bottom line, don't waste your money here. I was better off going thru one of those touch less car washes that are part of gas stations. I went to this place about a year ago and service and/or labor was good, and that's supposed to be the reason to take a vehicle to a manned car wash. Well, must be new mgmt or just a change of personnel, either way I will never go back. read more

So, I really like Mr Carwash in general. I think their prices are a bit high, but it depends on what you value. I like their customer service, they opened my door for me when I got back into my car. The lobby of this particular location is really nice and the popcorn is also a nice touch. My biggest pet peeve is that they never, ever clean out my cup holders. I don't know if that's considered a detail type of service but if I'm paying$20 I expect that at least to be done. And this time around my back bumper was still kinda streaky. After just driving from the East Coast there's some pretty crappy rain and snow showers my car definitely needed a good wash.
