I've written to the contact email for Mr. Car Wash twice. Their message says they'll get back to you in three days, they don't. I went to the newer location at Grant and Craycroft on a Sunday, and when I came out, the windows and mirrors on my Lexus were covered with scum. I mean, really scummy/hazy/smeared. Since no addresses are given, hard to say if this is the facility on Oracle around Glenn -- Just paid $10 to run my car through the car wash. It was as dirty afterwards -- despite the soap and water -- as it was going in. Tried to call the facility to complain -- not answer at customer service, just an answering machine at the facility. My car is a new purchase and I only needed to industrial it from the outside. The young lady had a mask on and was very helpful answering my questions and at the same time directing other cars. The inside technicians were good at directing my entry to the washer. They had masks on. However they were pointing with their fingers what to do clearly. Upon walking out to my car after a delicious brunch, I noticed my chariot of choice was looking rather dusty and dull. Enter Yelp. I decided to give Mister Car Wash a try. This is a solid no-frills car wash for $5 (although you can add the frills for an additional cost, naturally). I chose the basic wash with no add-ons. This seemed to disappoint the man at the drive-up pay point, who was trying to explain the benefits of each additional option to me. Overall my car looked about a million times better after a five-minute trip through the suds. A bonus feature of this car wash is the free unlimited use of the car vacuum along with the purchase of a car wash. I will most likely return to this location the next time my car needs a wash or a vacuum, and I recommend you do too. read more

My mother and I had to put down our dog and JUST wanted our car cleaned after since she sheds so much. We paid for the most expensive wash and detailing of the inside and it was HORRIBLE. I could've done a better job myself. I was so so sad that the "friendly smiles" did such a poor job. Seems like the owner hires a bunch of people that know how to smile but none that know how to clean cars. Hope this has changed since we've been. I was very hurt with the service... and when I said something they said it looked fine when I could clearly see dog hair. Oh and they were completely done in under 15 minutes. Drive through express wash only at this location. Self-serve vacuums at the entrance. Since I have a membership here, I was happy enough to find any Mister Car Wash in the area. The drive through doesn't do the best job at getting the dust off my back window (the wind scoop seems to trap dust in & keep water out) & there didn't seem to be a blower/dryer at the exit. For more than just a quick rinse, I prefer to go to the other locations where my car gets some hands on attention. read more

Good and fast. Considering what you are paying , which is not bad, you get the job done and under 20 minutes which is nice because some car wash places can take for ever!! If you go inside, next to the cashier you can get complimentary popcorn and coffee , which in my book is always a welcome thing. I visited this location yesterday for a quick wash, since this is a "self-service" I usually like that there is no pushy salesman trying to offer upgrades. I drive up to the machine to select the type of service and this guy comes rushing to help me with that. I try to quickly do the transaction and as I reach for my card to insert it in the machine, he grabs it, flips it over and looks at it. The card was facing up and it did not needed to be flipped to be inserted in the machine. Once the transaction is done, he takes it out, flips it again!!!!!!! And looks at it AGAIN, like trying to read the security numbers. It made me reaaaally uncomfortable, there was no need for him to try and help me and definitely no need for him to flip my card every time and look at it! I will call my bank for a replacement card and will definitely won't visit this place again. Shady business! read more

Took my car expecting a good and detailed wash, instead, I came out extremely disappointed at the bad job they did. The outside still had spots from where they did not wash it or dry it well. The inside job was just as bad. They didn't vacuum in between the seats and there was still dust inside. On top of that, it was expensive for a less than basic wash. I called and complained, they told me to go back and instead of redoing the work, they "touched up" only the vacuuming and redid the outside, but I found myself touching up their work. Wow, what a great job this place does. I have been to several other car washes in town and ordered similar services and none have done as much detail as these friendly folks did. I ordered the full detail so the whole process took about 30 minutes for $40. The shampoo and vacuuming got rid of all the dog hair and assorted spills to the point that my seats and floors looked brand new! The interior was free of dust and windows streak free. Compared to Quick N Clean this place sucks. The vacuums are terrible. The vacuum couldn't get small areas because the attachment was so big and it took me twice as long to vacuum my car. Their was options are simple and don't offer much. read more

I purchased an express car wash package in May and have enjoyed getting almost daily washes with towel off since then, - until the last time I went. Now no one wipes down your car and you have to drive off with a car that is dripping with hard Tucson water and detergent. The attendant assured me that the towel off I received (and tipped for) since May was never part of the express package. What complete and utter BS (bait n switch). A couple of years back, this place was not the greatest. They just pretended like they were drying my car or weren't properly trained. I would have to get home and towel dry what they missed before it would dry and stain. BUT... recently, or for the last few months, they have been doing an awesome job. Seems like they got a new manager or new employees. Something has changed for the better and I don't mind leaving a tip now. read more

I hope my experience helps others: please be careful using automated car washes and if you value decent, ethical businesses avoid this car wash. I have been a customer of this car wash for about 3 years. Three weeks ago I went in and paid for an upgraded wash. They tend to put cars closely in together and apparently on this day they were too close. Halfway in, the car in front of me starts honking their horn; shortly after I start repeatedly hitting the back of their car as they were stuck. The car wash kept running and an employee actually came and stood by and watched our cars hitting each other and did nothing! After a few minutes of this, the car in front of me drove out and I was thankfully still on the track and able to roll out. My bumper was still attached but scratched up. You would think at this point someone would ask if I was okay. Nope. Instead they proceeded to blame us and make it clear it was not their fault. Their brilliant idea was to offer to rewash my car! Because apparently I look like someone who after an accident where their car is damaged wants to repeat that experience. Then, I had to make it clear I wanted my money back. Epic customer service. But it gets better--to get my whopping $16 back they need to document everything in order to "help me." This took another 45 minutes. So now they have scratched up my car and made me late...all the while I'm treated like an inconvenience. Now here we are three weeks later and I've yet to hear from a manager and my calls to the corporate office have gone unanswered. I'm sorry but this is just bad business. And though I may look like a fool (and maybe true) I actually took early retirement from a career doing branding and promotions for fortune 100 companies. In this day of social media, this is a big fail. People like convenience, yes, but people also want to use businesses that are trustworthy and offer basic customer service. So if anyone is reading this, do yourself a favor and go to a car wash where equipment operates appropriately and your concerns are addressed. read more
