They hurried the job before Christmas even after I said I did not need it then. The stabilizer was double thickness (suitable for a baseball hat), the stitching was a mess and the hand and bath type style was the same size (occupying half of the hand towel). I could get no help from the staff except for a refund of the cost of the service. Never rely on this shop for any type of work unless they show you a proof on your goods of what you want done. The quality of service is deplorable. Find someone one else!
