I can't purchase shoes online. I need to try them on and walk around to see if they fit the way I want them to. I have never had an easy foot to fit for a shoe. When I was younger, a size 12D was impossible to find. I went into a store and asked them to find something in my size. American feet have gotten larger over the years, so much easier to find the shoe I want.

Shaun, the owner, was there and he did an assessment of my walking and measured my feet. I was surprised when he told me I have flat feet and I pronate when striding. Not only that he assured me I've been wearing the wrong size shoes. He sold me a supportive shoe in the correct size. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .
