So i wanted to share some successes that I experienced today during my trip to your store…read more I was in the mood for a hoagie style sandwich and recalled the numerous social media ads I had seen for $12 sandwiches, so I went to your store for a hoagie when I normally would not, a win to your social media and marketing people. I grabbed my sandwich and sought out help for a side of hot peppers for my sandwich and couldn't find them. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who was in the area (she was near the sushi/pizza area). I explained to Michelle what I was looking for and she stopped what she was doing and enthusiastically helped me with getting some peppers for my sandwich. She was kind, engaging and genuine - so congratulations on your employee screening and training, she's a winner. Lastly, I was a little annoyed about the side lot being tented and closed. When I brought it up to MIchelle she proudly said that it was closed for an employee event and went on to explain how valued your culture has made her and other employees feel. They feel appreciated and that is a win for you as the management team. There are 5 super markets in the area none of which I had an allegiance to until today, thanks to all of your efforts and Michelle.

I was looking for mushroom coffee and Victoria pointed me in the right direction to the coffee. Also made me crave some earl Grey tea! Lovely displays! I did get a tin of bustelo coffee, some stuffed dates and my bff picked up some pints of icecream to give Ft, pistachio, cinnamon & rum raisin. We walked around and enjoyed the breakdown of all the valentine displays. Very exciting! So many hardworking employees here shifting stuff around to make it easy for all of us. Although sale prices…read moreremain decent, and It's a good store for "staples", and I understand why there might be some limitations on packaged goods selections, the produce "Bar" does need added inspection, the onions and potatoes are often sketchy. Deli has more people than ever but service has not improved and they no longer package salads to order. Their stacks of coleslaw, potato, and various salads can have up to a week old package date, the slaw having lost it's sweetness for "tang". They are not rotated properly, if you go through them, you can sometimes also find newer ones and older ones with a difference of several days. They are packing more than needed for the shelf to look fully stocked. We always go for their fried chicken and "store" bagels but alas, you can't live on Redners alone, real bakery, meat (too much yuck "Hatfield" brand) and produce will keep you running between different stores on more than special occasions.

We ended up getting a bunch of different things to try and she got these mango fruit ice creams that she couldn't even wait to open and eat before we got home. The price wasn't bad for the amount of things we had in the cart. I just hope we can make what we bought. I would recommend this store because it has so many great things to buy. Melvin took his time and treated the customer with genuine care and extreme KINDNESS! When it was my turn Melvin was just as kind. When my transaction was done I ran to look for a manager so that I could compliment Melvin's work only to find out that Melvin was the manager!
