I was staying at a friend's home in Needham for a month while in-between homes, and noticed right away how complicated TRASH is in that town. Residents needs to drive all their stinky trash and recycling to the dump, and that is only open Tues-Sat, and the hours aren't that convenient either. Yeah, load your car with junk on your day off! No thanks. While walking my dog around the neighborhood, I noticed that a few smart neighbors had bins sitting on the curb (like Boston, Westwood, Newton) and saw Orifice's name. I called, spoke to Derek, explained that I was staying at my friend's and as a unique thank you gift, I wanted to give her the gift of trash. Oscar the Grouch would approve (except for that I am trying to get the trash OUT of her house and garage)!! Seriously folks, stop dragging the trash to the dump!! For $35 month - $1 and some change a day!!!! - Derek's guys will pick up your trash AT YOUR CURB once a week. If you really like loading trash in your car, then go for it. I contacted him after the holiday (Thanksgiving) and Telly's accommodated me. With efficiency, he moved my large couch down a narrow stairway from the third floor.
