Like many car dealers and service shops, this one is pretty big and just getting bigger. Pretty soon they will be opening a brand new dealership. Service at this location is very good. A nice cool waiting area with vending machines, free coffee, a tv and magazines to read if you must wait for repairs. The staff are friendly and answer your questions promptly. I have no clue as to how the sales team treats it's customers however, the ones I noticed smiled and said hello though. They had a cell charging station, yet when I tried to charge neither worked. In todays mobile age, we need a charging station at times. Upon completion of my tune up, oil change, A/C check and charge, and 30+ checks the bill arrived a bit more than I really desired to pay. I can only hope that I get out of it the value I paid. read more

I talked to a dick of a finance person. He said there was no rebate. Special offer given by Nissans, this company doesn't fully give you all the information about pricing on there cars. Bought a $27,000 used vehicle that I had to wait a day to receive. The salesman was very hasty and made me feel obligated to buy this vehicle. I bought it and have 10% apr. it worth $9,000 and they charged me 3x that. Also needed an engine timing job discovered for $1,000 that they were going to charge me. I went on dealer rater and was honest and they threatened me. I also have no gap insurance and AUL warranty isn't worth a flip they don't cover anything. Don't do business with Mitchell! The sales staff had my wife and I all bought into a Pathfinder at $36,000, after we secured outer loan approval they changed the price to 43,000. Lesson here is, don't get your loan until you both sign a contract for a price. The staff didn't know much about the car or the tech in it. Just bought a car from Mitchell Nissan two days ago. We worked with a salesman named Ted. He was so pleasant to work with and willing to work hard on our behalf to get us everything we wanted in a car including a price and monthly payments that were not stressful. He was awesome and made myself and my husband laugh a lot. Much better experience than our previous attempts to buy a car. We appreciate everything he did to get us where we needed to be and I recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. Shawn(Sean , not sure how he spells it) is the name of the man in the finance department. He was also very kind. Straight forward. There were no financial surprises and he was very clear on everything we needed to know and understand before signing any papers. Not to mention I had my 1yr old son with us in his office. My son is extremely energetic and all over the place and Shawn was an extremely good host to my son. Didn't seem bothered at all that my son and I were all over his office lol. There was also a manager (unfortunately I can't remember her name). She was tall and blonde and just came into check on us during one of the waiting periods of the process. She wanted to ensure we felt welcomed and to let her know if we needed anything she and her staff were there. This is probably the most customer oriented car dealership I've ever been to. They also have a kids play area that my son definitely enjoyed. Over all experience was great ! I recommend this dealership to anyone car shopping! read more

Ladies watch the service department here. They like to charge women for stuff that they aren't clear of. The service manager belittled a vulnerable, widowed, single mom. My own husband never made me feel the way this man did. For the life of me I can't understand why people can't due the right thing. I pray this man's wife is never put in the situation he put me in. So Mitchell Nissan do better. Make damn sure the customer understands everything they are doing to a vehicle. If flushing a system isn't in with the oil change let them know. Also let them know that you change $125 for every flush. And then charged $50 for brake fluid. I will NEVER say anything good about this company. Ever. And I will tell my story to as many as I can. Joe was great, like so many reviews, so he gets all the stars, Lost a customer. I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf and when I returned it was dinged for a scratch on the bumper. However, the inspection company refused to come out to my house to do an pre-inspection could have documented this to me and fixed any issues. My house was to new ? Maybe it wasn't in there database. ( Being 5 or 6 miles from dealership). There was no way for me to verify the damages actually occured. Ross Bonura refused to help and gave 1 word answers every time I would talk to him or ask a question about this. Also they did not have a newer version of the Leaf in when I turned mine in. Took my Nismo 370z in for its 60k service. They did everything they said, cost me $1000. The mechanic even showed me my car, and explained how a piece of rubber or something on my intakes may cause a problem soon. I appreciate that A LOT. It took them like 4 hours. Only problem I had was I was told by the service woman that my car was ready. It was not ready for another hour after I arrived. read more

I would give this company a negative rating, but there are no negative stars. Advise using extreme caution when dealing with this car company, seems sales people say one thing, but the dealer reneges. I had entered into an verbal/email/text agreement to purchase a used vehicle that Mitchell Nissan had been carrying on their lot in excess of 80 days. Had been working with their sales team for almost a month, then as January was closing, I was informed that we had finally reached an agreement; My only problem was I was currently in UT with a return to the local area of 6 Feb. Per discussion, the sales person was making arrangements to drive the vehicle to my address for delivery with a family member. I made payment arrangements and was contacted by the dealership acknowledging receipt, so all looked to be in-place. NOT! Less than 30hrs after being told we had an agreement, I received notification from the dealership that the vehicle had been sold! After working with the dealership for almost a month, agreeing to a sale price, arranging necessary payment, and working out a delivery plan - the vehicle is sold out from under me. Anyone want to take odds the dealership received a higher offer and thus acted as if it was no problem to change purchasers since there was only a VERBAL/EMAIL/TEXT agreement. I don't classify that as a reputable dealership!!! Fail to honor their word!! Would encourage extreme caution when working with or desiring to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. read more

I went up to cashier at 1129 and asked how much longer in my car. Was told 30 mins. Had people come in after me and their vehicle is already been completed. read more

I have a '05 Nissan Sentra and the A/C control head knob (that selects how hot or cold) wasn't working, it was stuck on full heat no matter where it was pointing. I took it in and figured all I needed was a new plastic knob. They said my entire control head was busted and they needed to order a new control head from another country and it was going to cost over $700. That's about as much as the car is worth so I declined and had to pay $90 for the "labor". A few months later I took my car to Elite Automotive Service in Enterprise to get a tune up and while they were at it I asked if they would look at the A/C knob. All that had happened was the gears slipped off a track and they put it back. Costed me about $20. I'm almost certain when I went to the dealership, they didn't even look at it and said "yep, that'll be $90 for labor". If you need a repair or something that has to do with your vehicle, go to Elite Automotive Service. I had a guy named Gary work on my car and I spoke to a guy named Wayne when I turned it in; from my experience with those two, this place is the real deal, they won't try to scam you. Their motto is "We'll treat you like we want to be treated" and that is the most accurate depiction of a business I've seen. UPDATE: I asked for, and was granted, a full refund. I bumped them up 2 stars for the helpful and patient service manager; I still wouldn't trust the regular mechanics though. read more

Edit: The service manager contacted us directly to rectify the situation. At the end of the day we are happy with the end results but in a customer service business we shouldn't come to this. Ultimately, they worked us in and fixed my truck but overall the experience was painful. My wife called Mitchell Nissan's service department when we started to have A/C issues on our '17 Titan XD. The service man she talked to argued with her that this truck didn't come with a 5 year/100k mile warranty despite the fact that it's one of Titan XDs selling points. When she finally talked to someone who had any idea what he was talking about they got us in the following day for what we thought was an appointment. Upon arrival the same gentleman she talked to the first time met her at the truck and continued to argue that there wasn't a warranty. Then told her she wasn't getting in today. When she pointed out the other gentlemen told her to bring it in, he asked in front of her in a way that indicated he thought she was a liar. After being corrected he checked her in but not without a ton of attitude. After an hour with no indication of timeline, what was wrong, if they were gonna get to it that day or any information she found him jaw jacking in the back. She tracked down a fella named Mike who "found" the paperwork on a desk, that must have "just been dropped off". The paperwork says Seth Wilson was the guy that checked her in. When you pay 65k for a vehicle you expect people in customer service to maybe not be total tools to your spouse. By the way...... turns out it was all under warranty, you know, like the manufacturer says. read more

I cannot speak for the sales department, however, the service department will have you waiting for a long time if you bring your vehicle in for maintenance. Both times I have brought my car in, I have waited for well over 2.5 hours for the service to be completed (this is not an exaggeration). My first experience was with a standard oil change, I set an appointment and departed approximately 3 hours later. My second experience was for an engine oil coolant flush and fill and to have my key battery replaced. Knowing what I did from my previous experience, I sat near the service entrance to watch my vehicle to determine when it would be actually taken into the service area. My vehicle did not enter the actual shop until 2 hours after my appointment time and the key battery was not replaced. I always give businesses, at minimum, two attempts prior to not going there any longer. That said, I will not be returning for future service and I recommend others to search elsewhere. read more
