I showed him a photo of the receipt and asked him to look up the purchase in the system since it was bought at this store, but he wouldn't even try. I also showed him that the part they sold me did not fit my car, but he just kept saying, "There's nothing we can do." There was no effort to fix the mistake, no exchange, and not even a store credit, even though the error was theirs. Because of this, I ended up losing nearly $300 and had to buy the correct part somewhere else. I've never experienced such poor customer service. So I got some quotes all between 8-9k and over. In a panic, I called the dealership and woman who sold me my car to get it towed there and explore options. When i called AAA to tow it from southington to danbury, an angel named Kurt came to to do just that.
