(seats, carpets, etc) This was my first time getting #7, the carpet shampooing package. My kid dropped a large sugary beverage and it spilled all over. I cleaned it the best I could, but the next day my car still had an awful overwhelmingly sweet smell. I felt like I had a brand new car after they were done with it! I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. They have a punch card for loyalty - and they do a free wash on your birthday! ****The prices in the sign photo attached to my previous review are old, from 2022. Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I left a message for Matt regarding my windshield and he got back to me within the hour. He quoted about $100 less than the other companies I reached out to and said he could do it that Friday (ONLY TWO DAYS AWAY)!! Having a newborn money is a lot tighter so I obviously jumped at the lower price. Honestly I'm so glad that my sister recommended All Clear. Matt was extremely nice and professional. The gas station is an easy in and out if you are getting off of I-84. If you are heading towards I-84, use the gas station on your side of the road. The station was clean, as was the interior. These guys worked their butts off! Unfortunately my battery was completely dead. They tried jumping it several times. It turned out they didn't have my battery size. Because of their perseverance, ingenuity and genuine empathy for me, I was spared a tow bill, etc. They hooked a battery to it, started the car and then swapped out the old one so that I could get somewhere where they could do the battery. They went so out of their way that it is impossible to express my gratitude. I am now sitting in a garage waiting for the battery install. Rather than having them do the transmission fluid I'm going back to Southington Valvoline. It would certainly make "time sense" to have it done now--but I prefer giving business to those that value their customers.
