Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for…read moretransmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

Sales will rip you off and the service department is anything but service!!! All indicative of poor leadership. You can't tell me that you can't figure out my portion of my bill and release my truck, instead you're telling me that you have to run it through the warranty company first when you know the customer portion is the deductible and the tow bill. The manager was extremely rude even after I told him I am a business owner and buy a vehicle or two every year. Never again would I step foot on that lot.

We purchased a car that would jerk several times when pushing the gas peddle. We were told it was simply because it's a small motor, and that it wasn't not something wrong with the car. Well.....just about a year later, the lurching and jerking when pushing the gas peddle continued to worsen. We took it in to the dealership, and they were able to " fix the problem" for $450. We had purchased an extended warranty, but they said fixing the problem was not covered by the warranty because it was considered maintenance, not a warranty issue. All along it had been spark plugs. I feel that we were taken in, taken advantage of, and railroaded. Will not be purchasing another car here, and will be avoiding having any repair work done here.
